- SCSergey ChebanNov 7, 20251.0I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Best Western. Before arriving, I called the hotel and asked for the price for one night. The front desk lady, Darla, gave me the total price including taxes and fees. But when I arrived, she told me the room would be $40 more. I explained that I had just spoken to her on the phone and was told a lower price, so I said I might book it online instead since it was cheaper. Darla became visibly upset and told me that if I book online, she might not be able to accept it because “sometimes the reservations don’t come through.” I went ahead and made the reservation online anyway and showed her my confirmed booking, but she refused to even check it. She said she couldn’t help me and that she wouldn’t give me a room. I told her that I was extremely tired after being on the road for two days with no sleep, but she still refused to assist me. I had already paid online, yet I had to go across the street and pay again for another hotel just to get some rest. This was a very stressful and upsetting experience. Darla’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. I hope hotel management takes this seriously because no guest should ever be treated like that

- XRXavier RommelMay 5, 20223.0Hotel avec une belle proximité du metro et lit confortable..mais petit dejeuner juste horrible...salle de dejeuner trop petite,trop de monde a toute heure,celle ci n'est clairement pas adapte a la capacité de l'hotel, obligé d'attendre avec nos plats,nous avons fini par dejeuner dans notre chambre et toujours la meme chose a manger ,nettoyage des chambres moyen,poubelles vidées tout les 4jours.. Un peu decu vu le prix que l'on paye. Personnel a l'acceuil agreable >> globalement 3/5
