    I don't know about all the recent bad reviews because ours was absolutely fantastic! Our recent stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be accommodating for our hockey team, making our visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. We were very impressed by how super clean everything was, and the new rooms were a delight. Plus, the beds were so comfortable – exactly what our team needed after intense games! We'll definitely be back.

    I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn, and had a great experience! The hotel was really clean — from the lobby to the rooms, everything looked well taken care of. You can tell the staff works hard to keep it that way. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful, and everyone I met, from housekeeping to the breakfast staff, was polite and welcoming. They really made me feel comfortable during my stay. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options that were fresh and kept stocked. It was a nice way to start the day. The location is convenient too — close to restaurants, shopping, and not far from Niagara Falls or Buffalo. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast, and a convenient location. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Lockport area.

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a couple of days, and my experience was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to the Manager, Ms. Patel, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. She made sure everything was well taken care of during my stay and truly represented great hospitality. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I could see that the entire team worked hard to maintain a high standard of service. I also happened to witness an incident that was later misrepresented in another review. I was at the front desk at that time, and I can confirm that the staff, including Ms. Patel , handled the situation very politely and professionally. The guest involved was quite aggressive and rude toward the staff over a simple room supply policy. Interestingly, the guest’s elderly family member—perhaps her father or grandfather—was very calm and mature about the matter and even insisted that no action be taken further. It was clear the hotel team did everything right and remained respectful throughout. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

    If there was ZERO stars available I would have chosen that. This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton Brand. Poor customer service and even more third class low level attitude of the hotel owner/hotel manager! The hotel owner is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and her behaviour to customer complaints is more like she’s dealing with her in-laws! She is UNABLE to make professional conversation, she can’t even listen to the other person and tells UNPROFESSIONAL things like LEAVE! There is also a guy there who is the husband or the relative of the hotel owner who is also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as without listening to any Of the problems we were having he told us to check out or he will call the Cops! BEWARE of the house keeping manager and the hotel owner! As specified in the reviews before, the house keeping manager was extremely rude and her ONLY goal is to interfere and be rude to the customers. She’s so ill mannered that while I was talking to to the front desk about another thing, she left what she was doing in the dining area and stood on my face to listen to what I was telling the guy at the front desk! The only one person who was professional over there was Bridget! She was kind and she was the only person upholding the standards of Hilton!

    Me and my family stayed at the hotel . An normally I wouldn’t do this but this was a little out of hand and I couldn’t get it out of my mind one of the house keepers who kept saying she was the supervisor was very rude idk if it was because I was not understanding her with her accent but I asked for extra towels and because I couldn’t understand her she got very very rude and started to speak Spanish under her breath and I don’t know Spanish I just know what I learned in high school and the things she were saying was very rude about me and me being white. I was very upset until this nice young housekeeper I believe her name was. Kate came in and helped me and got me the towels me and my children needed. I know this all sounds stupid. I just really don’t like being talked to like I’m an idiot when I’m not me and my family will not be staying here again due to not feeling comfortable.
