    It's a great location, very close to shops and excellent areas for couples to go out to eat. The rooms are super clean and the towels have lovely designs; everything was incredibly clean, 10/5! The breakfast area was organized and clean, and the front desk receptionist, Sasha, was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

    My stay at the Hampton Inn was fantastic, clean rooms, great breakfast, and nice amenities. Sasha at the front desk was especially amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

    NOT ADA compliant! When making my reservation, I specifically checked the box that indicated I was traveling with a service animal. Check in went fine until my husband came to the counter with my service animal. The front desk agent continuously referred to her as a “pet” even though I told her she was a task performing medical alert dog. She kept arguing with me that Hilton’s policy was to charge the pet fee for any animal, including service animals. I showed her the ADA law that says they cannot charge a pet fee, and she continued to argue with me about it saying that “she knows how to use Google too”. I eventually just locked my card so it couldn’t be charged and went to my room. At 1:30 am she came to my room and continuously knocked on the door, to which I didn’t answer considering it was the middle of the night and I had multiple children under age 5 sleeping. When I didn’t answer the door she called my room, assuming because she couldn’t charge my card. I’m extremely disappointed in the way Hilton treated us and the way they’ll blatantly ignore the law to make money

    I don't know about all the recent bad reviews because ours was absolutely fantastic! Our recent stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be accommodating for our hockey team, making our visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. We were very impressed by how super clean everything was, and the new rooms were a delight. Plus, the beds were so comfortable – exactly what our team needed after intense games! We'll definitely be back.

    I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn, and had a great experience! The hotel was really clean — from the lobby to the rooms, everything looked well taken care of. You can tell the staff works hard to keep it that way. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful, and everyone I met, from housekeeping to the breakfast staff, was polite and welcoming. They really made me feel comfortable during my stay. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options that were fresh and kept stocked. It was a nice way to start the day. The location is convenient too — close to restaurants, shopping, and not far from Niagara Falls or Buffalo. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast, and a convenient location. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Lockport area.
