When I called the front desk, I was told the previous occupant would be fined. Meanwhile, they did nothing to help me or my son who has asthma. The desk clerk said the assistant manager would contact us about a discount and we never heard anything. I emailed the assistant manager and regional manager and received no response. I have always loved Hampton Inn and this absolutely ruined my impression.
