    The hotel is exactly that, a hotel with a five star staff, five star service, and five star maintenance as far as their rooms go. The front desk is always attentive, friendly and professional. If there is ever an issue with the room, they look to fix it immediately, or accommodate you to take care of the problem. I haven't had an issue myself with anything on site and will continue to make my reservations through them.

    whatever you do, DON’T GO IN THE ELEVATOR ON THE LEFT. I have PTSD from it. Very scary. Also, the water filter for the ice machine on the 4th floor expired Dec 2024. They should replace that. Only 5-star thing about this place is the staff. Location could be a bit closer to town.
