- DJDavid Jimenez1 day ago5.0My wife and I are visiting my parents and other relatives, this is our second time staying at this hotel, Hampton Inn Islandia, we’re very satisfied with the service and customer experience, personnel are all professional and helpful, our room is always clean as the maintenance ladies are always on top doing the cleaning, providing clean towels, taking the trash daily if needed, this hotel exceeds our expectations. Providing every day breakfast is a blessing, good variety of food for all tastes. I would recommend this hotel and I will keep coming here every time I’m here on Long Island. Thank you all Hampton Inn Islandia crew for our wonderful visit.

First, I was unable to get a top floor room and ended up with noise from above during the night. Second, the bed was very uncomfortable and I was unable to get a decent night's sleep. Noise from the LIE service road and Rte 454 was much more noticeable in room 331. I ended up with a $10.88 charge on my card after my stay with no explanation or notice at all. Finally, on a positive note breakfast was good as usual but that is not enough for me to return. Better options, such as the Hilton Inn are available.

I M. platinum. honor's. member. the girl was pretty good at front. desk but manger on duty. would not give me a room my room was small. and. the. heat was. blowing. right Against the desk. the room like. box.. Hilton honors. get. king size room nice cheeper price.. 158 plus 75. now. Hilton honors says I'll get refund or. fre 3 days at better hotel.. have not been here since I hung out with my. ex 2018 to 2022. ang. it was nice back then right ab. lol. now. some old lady tried. pick me. up. and. two couples where's scared of the people hotel.. manger huztkes

- FAFelix ArimontDec 14, 20255.0At this location excellent communication and service standards exceed,every other hotel in that area of long Island,truly!my experience and expectations are always satisfied when coming to the Hampton inn, particularly the morning shift team,(front desk operator)& 3 shift front desk operator both perform a skill of interpersonal communications and manners,that appear to be long forgotten by many hotel chains.this is a Home away from Home experience.and my last regards are to the cooks who truly are the best at the delivery of a exceptional breakfast every time I visit.Thank you so much for your hospitality Hampton Inn.
