Me and my boyfriend checked into the hotel on Saturday November 22nd . When we arrived into the room it was very cold . We notified the front desk , and they said to turn the thermostat up. So we turned it up high and it felt like the air conditioner was on. We were cold the entire night .The next time I visit from Maryland , I definitely won’t be staying at this particular hotel.

November 20th 2025, 2am previous day my house was in a fire burned so I couldn’t sleep in there so we checked in here about 1 am close to 2am and our check out was 12pm which was confusing to me so I asked the front desk and he gave me attitude for asking a question and I was completely nice then I asked why he was talking to me like that and he walked to the back ignoring me… disrespectful and unprofessional along with those chap lips
