The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but they are comfortable.I wish it was easier to control the climate in the room. They have it set either to heat or air conditioning and I was cold and couldn’t get the room to warm up. It is surrounded with green area outside so that makes it nicer. The van driver is very nice and punctual. The cookies are good.

This is a nice hotel. Inside was clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms were updated. I even went inside their fitness center and had breakfast there. No complaints. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the East Syracuse location.

Very punctual I will give them that. Rooms are to be ready at 10a for our group but not a one was ready until 10a when our group arrived a little early at 9:45a so I cannot really complain there. The breakfast is very mediocre for 17.99 eggs sausage bacon and pancakes just like anything else. My room had torn curtains and the A/C wasn’t working after a long drive. No cookies were offered for my stay. Probably the worst double tree I’ve had the displeasure of staying at.
