Located right near the airport making this a business travelers dream; not terribly close to much else. The rooms were nice, the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable! I had a balcony room that smelled a bit like smoke, but other than that great and clean room!

This hotel is very talked up. I booked through a third party, as it was much cheaper, when I called the hotel directly, they quoted me $80 more per night. When we arrived to our room it was very dated, and the bed was very dirty with multiple stains (including blood).
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub and pool. The pool was freezing cold and had mold growing on the bottom and sides of the pool. When we arrived to the pool room there were no towels, I asked the front desk and she said she "would have housekeeping bring some down now", making me think it would be a few minutes, not 3.5 hours! The hot was warm, but by no means hot. My experience was so unpleasant I ended up leaving hours after i arrived.

Excellent stay! Cookies are amazing! Service is amazing!! The only two problems is the beeping at 5 am due to trucks for garbage and plows. The website says breakfast is included which is not. The team asked was my first time and offered a voucher which was amazing !!!! 10 out of 10

My wife is a hotel executive and I’m a former hotelier, so while we try to be lenient, our weekend stay in Room 126 made that difficult. For the $100/nt price point, the HVAC was fantastic and the towels (once we requested more) were fresh, but the housekeeping standards were alarming. The shower head was a geology experiment in lime scale, there was hair behind the toilet, and a ring of grime in the tub wiped away easily with a dry towel—meaning it wasn't stained, just uncleaned. The makeup mirror was caked with months worth of dust, the shower curtain smelled past its prime, and the detached headboard banged against the wall with every movement. Most disturbing was the upholstered chair, which hosted a collection of McDonald's straw wrappers, coins, and hair from previous guests.
The holiday party we attended in the ballroom was a mix of highs and lows. The lighting was neat and the food was truly delicious, especially the salmon, but the service logic was baffling. Staff aggressively rushed to snatch plates while guests were still eating, causing actual contention at our table, yet after dessert dropped at 7:00 PM, the dirty dishes sat uncleared until 9:30 PM. The cash bar was also painful, with two simple drinks costing $20 and a small soda running $3.75. The pool area, while housed in a beautiful building, had visible black and brown staining in the pool and the spa water was cloudy and chemically overloaded, desperately needing a drain-and-scrub.
The breakfast experience was the final straw. We were treated like suspects for not having a "Diamond coupon" and were stalked by staff monitoring our plates to determine our charge tier. The strangest part is that you aren't allowed to make your own waffles; they summon "The Chef" from the back to do it for you. It turns out he uses the exact same commercial iron with the countdown clock found at any cheap hotel with a free breakfast—except here, the operator was a disheveled man in a dirty t-shirt with no gloves. Between his hygiene and his personal Bluetooth speaker blasting old-school tunes over the hotel's ceiling-mounted Christmas music, the battling soundtracks drove us out fast. Overall, 2 stars. We would return for the event food, but we would definitely sleep somewhere else.
