Really disappointed with this hotels front desk service. The one girl is always so rude and nasty. Never smiles, and when you talk to her it’s always in such a rude tone. My son had an accident in there room so I went to the desk to ask for housekeeping to come even though we weren’t supposed to have it, and she was rude the entire time, and was snippy when she asked what my room number was. Not to mention that I’m still waiting for the $50 security deposit back. As well as the person on the floor up above us stomped around the entire night, so all we heard was them from 11pm-3am stomping around. My fiancé couldn’t sleep which is terrible when you stay for 4 days. Not to mention I know for a fact that I left my oaplex shampoo there because I left it on the corner by the shower head and no one called me to tell me, all I got was the same rude front desk person to answer the phone when I called and she goes, “well you don’t know that it was left here” yes I do because I don’t have it at home after unpacking and I haven’t gone anywhere else. That’s a $50 bottle of shampoo that I now have to replace because housekeeping didn’t report it. I left a water bottle that cost less at one in PA and they called me immediately. Someone should have called to see if I would want the shampoo. But not to mention there’s no reason to be rude about it. I don’t know what that girls problem is, because the two girls on night were friendly, understanding, and gave me and my fiancé zero problems. I understand customer service sucks, but you should not be working front desk if you’re gonna be rude to everyone all the time. Not to mention the curtains for the lobby area you can see outside the hotel windows are ripped and need desperately replaced as well as the cracks all along the pillars. Then the they leave walls quick patched too. If you’re charging $600 for a 4 day stay those things should be fixed without any problem. I normally never have any issues at any Hampton in PA, really disappointed at the one in NY. Next time we’ll book somewhere else.

We planned a trip to see fall foliage and understandably most hotels were booked. This location was one of few that happened to have rooms available for our 15 person party. We’ve never stayed at a Hampton inn but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after midnight and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location itself was nice and quiet. Breakfast service was exceptional. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rooms large and very clean. Included breakfast was great. Eggs, smoked sausage and breakfast potatoes were much better than the average hotel.

It was really great to spend just one night during a busy season here. We came in for a wedding and the rooms were adequate and well situated to the venue. The rugs in our rooms were dirty, but the bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure wasn’t great. They could also improve their toilet paper. Sofa was not comfortable to sit in. Breakfast is included.
