    Only an hour away from Airport. They staff was very nice and accommodating. I used a voucher because my flight canceled and my next flight was at 7pm next day. Check out is at 11am they extended me until 1pm. But I didnt leave until 330pm. They didnt bother me. I really appreciated that. Very clean hotel. Free warm breakfast. The breakfast potatoes were the best!! No seasoning need.

    **serious problem is below** When I first got here, the Spanish front desk girl began asking me questions about my service animals. Which I totally don’t mind but was very new to me. She then began saying things like “oh they’re huge”. I have a 15 pound Shiba Inu by the way. I’m Hilton honors and was given no bag yet I watched her hand one out to a man checking in. When I asked her what was that about, she said if I wanted water just ask. This has been the first Hilton that I’ve felt judged and treated differently because of my appearance, and that’s just not okay. To judge my service animals that do an amazing job everyday is NOT okay. This location is NOT service animal friendly and will discriminate against you and them. Here’s where I drew the line. Around 5:45 am as my family slept someone began BANGING on my door. I checked the peak hole and they were covering it with their finger. I immediately went downstairs after waiting a few minutes for safety reasons. Security claims they only see me walking to go downstairs to see them. Refused any solution and kept saying maybe someone above me is making noise. Not sure how they managed to put a door on their floor and begin banging into a speaker maybe. I have my boyfriend here and he confirmed that had to be someone banging. We all awoke at the sound and not by choice considering we’ve been traveling for days. This experience has made me now have a rule of never staying at a Hampton inn again. The doubletree in LIC was awesome and I regret ever coming to this location in LGA.

    It’s close to the airport. Walls are very thin, sounded like someone was filming a porno in the next room and then they watched a movie loudly. Would have loved to enjoy the free breakfast, but we went in at 6:03am (theoretically starts at 6) and the breakfast guy rudely shut the doors and told us to come back in 10 minutes. We had a flight to catch so maybe we’ll eat at our layover.

    Bottom line is that it's convenient. Free shuttle to the terminal every 20 minutes. Otherwise don't expect much. My room was in need for some TLC. Chrome peeling off the shower door frame, laminate peeling off the fake wood vanity. Just not what I normally expect but it was clean so no complaints there.

    I stayed at the NYC- Laguardia Airport the night of October 29 as I had a flight from the airport the next day. I want to commend the night clerk, Anyan, for helping me resolve a problem. He was proactive, professional and displayed initiative in successfully solving the issue. While Anyan and the hotel staff deserve 5 stars, the same can't be said of my hotel room. Although clean, it was old and in need of renovation. The hotel shuttle took about 5 minutes to arrive at Laguardia Airport so the location was excellent.
