Warning: when visiting this hotel with your car, be very careful. This hotel is engaging with illegal operations along with a pick up truck which calls itself a Tow Truck.. that truck specifically has a Florida license plates , which is illegal in New York State by law to operate in New York. You need to have Tow Truck plates on the vehicle. You need to have medallions you need to have DOT numbers and much more. This truck is operating illegally with no sufficient tags and will snatch your car away or either booted and demand $300 or more in cash payment. The hotel and the hotels manager are clearly aware about this, but they will not help you if you get into this trap so when going to this hotel, please be very careful and look out for this Silver pick up truck which says tow service is on the doors and it has Florida license plates. This is the fair warning to everyone who goes to this hotel look out for the Scam before you park your vehicle . having a tow truck enforcing a parking lot is totally understandable but this hotel is letting the Tow Truck operate illegally, which is a question to ask the hotel and its management?
•response to the hotel . I understand the parking regulations. BUT WHY WOULD YOU HAVE AN ILLEGAL UNLICENSED UNREGISTERED FLORIDA PLATE TRUCK ENFORCING THE PARKING LOT?
WHY NOT A LEGAL TRUCK DOING. A LEGAL JOB?

This Tesla Destination Charger location is a complete scam and should be avoided.
Most of the time, the charging spots are blocked by non-EV cars, or all three spots are taken by regular vehicles with no enforcement. Even when you do get lucky and find an open charger, do not walk away from your car.
The moment you leave, they will boot your vehicle and then demand around $300 to remove it, claiming you’re “not a guest.” There is no clear signage, no warning, and no reasonable grace period—just predatory behavior designed to trap drivers who are trying to charge.
This defeats the entire purpose of a destination charger and feels intentionally deceptive. Tesla drivers should not rely on this location at all.

This hotel has potential, but our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues.
When we entered the room, the shower was already running uncontrollably and was completely unusable because the hardware was not installed correctly. I immediately contacted the front desk. A maintenance worker came but was ending his shift at 11 p.m., and the replacement who was supposed to start at 11 never properly addressed the issue. We were left without a working shower, listening to an extremely loud, screeching shower running all night.
To make matters worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. After midnight, another maintenance worker came and told us there was nothing he could do and that the room never should have been available for guests. Because we had no shower, I used my sister’s hotel room, only to find there was no hot water—likely because the broken shower in our room had been steaming all night.
The room conditions deteriorated further: the floor under the air conditioner was soaked, the windows were completely fogged, and there was heavy condensation on the ceiling and throughout the room due to the constant steam. Needless to say, we had a sleepless night, which was especially frustrating since I had to leave early in the morning.
Breakfast was another letdown. We waited about 20 minutes just to get a table, then roughly 45 more minutes to get food. The breakfast area was overcrowded, lines wrapped around the space, and food repeatedly ran out while guests waited.
Overall, this was an exhausting and unacceptable experience. Basic expectations—such as a usable, clean room and functional shower—were not met, and the hotel appeared unprepared to handle the volume of guests or maintenance issues.

So I must say I am very sad to leave this review but I wanted to share my experience at the Hampton I’ve actually been staying at this hotel since 2015 the rooms are always clean and comfy breakfast good service 5 stars until my last visit I will never in my life come here again this was one of my favorite hotels until my last stay here I was discriminated against by Sandra I wouldn’t wish this heartache on any one I am a young black woman she treated me as if I don’t belong there and couldn’t afford to be there I explained this to the guy in charge there he disregarded everything I said never listened basically called me a liar I told to pay 1500 plus dollars for the 4 nights I were there the 2 supervisors that work on the weekend I didn’t get his name he’s fabulous by the way he treated me well I was told that he was going to get in trouble for doing so it’s a lot more to this my experience was horrible I was removed from the hotel at check out because my point was proven that Sandra was being racist towards me and did not properly check me out like she did everyone else the head manager shouldn’t be in that position he had a conflict of interest with his employee I filed a complaint with cooperate and looking to do a civil suit I was discriminated against and something needs to be done

Hated this hotel, unclean outdated unkept rooms, bathroom metal doors had what looked like lead or metal peeling off completely. Bathroom tiles were split and broken. On top of that there was no hot water. My hubby showered and had to let water run 20mins to “warm up”. He showered 15mins tops I then went to shower could hardly get the soap off quick enough before the water went completely COLD. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Arrived at 9am since breakfast ended at 10am there was only whole grain bread left- I had that as toast for breakfast but like there were no other bread options when I arrived. Nobody chooses whole grain unless they have health issues be so fr. Lastly they advertise the heated pool and hot tub as being in the hotel but it’s ACTUALLY located in the hotel next door- the Double Tree that you have to go outside to get to because it’s not connected to the Hampton at all. Actually went to go see the pool /hot tub and there wasn’t even a hot tub. Would not recommend at all.
