extremely disappointed to learn upon check-in that the pool was sold to a swimming school and was not accessible to guests.

Pros: very clean, walkable grocery store, walkable Starbucks
Cons: rooms are in poor repair (such as the broken blinds I reported but which weren't addressed), odd furniture selection/use of space, rooms somewhat... Tacky. There was an off center canvas print of a dandelion over the bed and that same print as a framed picture in the bathroom.
The night desk guy Johnathan is very nice.

I booked my hotel stay on Priceline for a king room, when arriving at the hotel we checked in and after going to our room found we were given a queen room instead which was at a lower rate. We immediately went back to the check in location and were told there were no King rooms available and we would need to call Priceline for a credit for the difference in room charge. We contacted Priceline who informed us they would need to contact the hotel directly and after being on hold for 10 minutes they advised that no one was answering the phone at our hotel to verify the issue and they would get back to us after speaking to an agent. The reception desk at the hotel called us about an hour later saying we could get free breakfast and free parking, but would not credit us for the over charge room rate even though our room rate already included free breakfast and parking. Will not book here again and do not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the area at a much better rate.

One of the worst Hilton Hotels I have ever stayed in, avoid at all cost. I have a gold status at Hilton and when I checked in was told breakfest was not included and would cost $19.00 per person, strange but OK, maybe the selection would be more costly then the usual fare...boy was I wrong, it was substandard by any measure and not worth $1.00, in addition the room was dirty, floors had dust and hair in the shower, elevator was dirty and needles in the parking lot...which they have a nightly charge for, AVOID THIS HOTEL, there are many others close bt.

This hotel was disappointing for the following reasons. The front desk was always crowded with a line, felt understaffed. Trying to change my reservation took 5 calls. The blinds in both of our rooms were broken and had to be manually tied up in a very messy and inconvenient manner. The shower floor in one of our rooms was damaged. The rest of it was fine. The bed was comfortable, the gym was clean and adequate, and it is really the only choice in Dobbs Ferry so that location was good. Breakfast was not included in our rate and the breakfast was not particularly appealing in any event. Went to Starbucks downstairs.
