If you want inconvenience book this hotel. Very poor service. Doors are broken, chairs are torn and damage. Not checking the room if amenities are inside the bottle. You have to beg for them to bring you one. Do not stay here. It's a disaster. Worst Hilton hotel we've ever stayed. It's a nightmare. People working there are not customer friendly. Manager you have to pay attention. Customer are the one helps to keep your job.

This is a review to personally thank Sierra and Monique for making our stay fantastic! After reading all the terrible reviews unfortunately a week before our stay I was very concerned. Monique was the first point of contact and I was so glad to hear her voice after reading all the good things said prior, she got the ball rolling and eased my mind a bit - we were traveling cross country for Christmas and this was our first time trying a new hotel in 5 years. Sierra truly came through as the MVP - when the GM and marketing manager disappeared on me not returning calls or emails after offering assurances in person back in the fall only to make a bad situation worse in customer care. I have honestly never stayed in a hilton that had such absentee upper management for such a small local place. Thankfully Sierra was a friendly face that I remembered from my tour and she made our visit go very smoothly from start to finish! The room was well cared for and the cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. **Anyone that feels the breakfast is a scam is not being truthful they are very upfront that if you would like to eat there, there will be a fee and if you are a diamond member as I am the $10 food voucher choice will not take the place of this, there is a daily fee as well for parking which yes can be inconvenient, but the hotel is quite reasonable, bottom line there are no secrets!** The staff will not steer you wrong! If I had any complaint at all it would only be that Sierra and Monique are not put directly in upper management positions, as it feels they are running the hotel quite well themselves. They deserve all the credit, and they truly care for guests on a level that they should be compensated higher for, coming from a hospitality background I know that you are only as good as your staff. Hilton would be missing the mark not to recognize them for doing the real work to manage guests properly with kindness attentiveness and care! Thank you both!!

Stay here often and have really seen hotel rooms decline in past five years. Almost every arm chair in rooms are ripped and torn off. Bedspreads have pulls and look old. Can expect to see & smell people smoking pot outside in parking garage. The positive is staff is always kind and helpful and lobby looks nice. Hope they invest a little more because we love staying here and it is really convenient. And again, the front desk staff are amazing. They are really helpful and always have a positive attitude.

Staff is always kind and helpful but rooms have gotten rundown. We stay here multiple times a year and are disappointed what’s happened to this Hilton Garden. The curtains and blinds are often falling off or broken in rooms. The AC/Heat blows cold air only and won’t shut off. Convenient location to the city, train and restaurants but it’s overdue for an upgrade. Better off paying more and staying in the city or Tarrytown depending.
