The hotel host at the front desk Francis was so patient and accommodating!! He even took a picture of our group in the Halloween Spooky decorated lobby!! I would highly recommend this hotel . We did however have a couple of issues. We felt that the cost of a room was a bit pricey considering the area. We had stayed in another Hampton Inn in the DC area, and it definitely didn't cost us as much for a room. We had an issue getting the hot w ater to heat up in the morning and noticed that the bathtub had not been cleaned, so we were unable to take showers. But, in general, the hotel appeared to be clean and was comfortable, albeit, a bit pricey.
