  I want to leave an honest review because I was hesitant about staying here reading all the reviews online and I can tell you many were on point. I came here for a weekend getaway with my 2 kids. When I got in the front desk lady was kind but looked like she didnt want to be their at all. We got a room on the third floor , the room was nice & clean which I was happy about but here is the minus …I asked to have a room close to the elevator since Im pregnant and the lady said sure I have a room for you but it was not by the elevator so I was lied to. Also, that pull out couch bed is complete garbage, so flimsy and back breaking I’m surprised the hotel would let guests sleep on it. The walls are thin so you do hear noise and I saw this in another review and brought a white noise machine for my kids to sleep with but at 3am we were woken up by a really loud bang I wasn’t sure if it was the room next door or outside parking lot but it was a good few minutes until it stopped which ruined my deep sleep and pillows were flat :/ We were excited to take the kids to the pool but the water was not warm enough everyone was shivering inside and pool towels were tiny, the ventilation wasnt good you could smell strong chlorine smell and floors are very slippery. Breakfast was ok bagels/bread , cream cheese, butter , fruit, cereal, coffee/tea, yogurt, french toast , bacon & tater tots that taste like bacon which was upsetting because we wanted it not to taste like meat. I will say room service worked fast in bringing us things we needed and its a good location the hotel but I dont think I would come back. I have to mention that at one point I asked the front desk lady the next day for an extra room key and she gave it to me so easily without asking my last name or showing any proof that its my room which did concern me about there safety protocols(she wasn't the lady who checked us in) so I was shocked I could have gotten a key to anyones room. There were just too many minuses about the place and we are hilton members for years. I really wanted to love the place and give it a shot so that it can be somewhere we come back to yearly but that wasn't the case and we will never return. They definitely need to fix the minuses so that guest can enjoy their stay especially when coming with a family.

  Good hotel run very well in a very good location. My friend seems very happy when he visits me there.

  Very disappointed the service was definitely lacking. No towels No cleaning our rooms, came back and all the garbage was still there beds not made Washroom for handle doesn't lock It was convenient to accommodate a family but the service was disappointing

  DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you are a patient at North Shore Hospital looking for somewhere to stay while recovering. Many reasons below: 1) Did not honor discount rate that the hospital says they have due to me "not asking the right way". Ridiculous. 2) Says the property is smoke-free but REEKS of marijuana 24/7 3) Floors and walls are paper thin. You can quite literally hear everything so good luck getting a restful night of sleep. 4) Front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Please learn from my mistake & don't stay here! Don't believe the 5 star reviews, I doubt they are legit. As a Hilton Honors member, I am SHOCKED that this hotel could be in the Hilton portfolio. Just horrid.

  Homewood Suites Carle Place continues to impress me with every stay, and a major part of that is due to the outstanding team members who make the experience so enjoyable and comfortable. Kayla always greets guests with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. Her upbeat attitude and eagerness to help never go unnoticed. Whether it’s answering questions or offering assistance, she brings a friendly, approachable energy to the front desk that instantly puts guests at ease. Kilee is incredibly efficient when it comes to solving problems. She’s detail-oriented, quick to respond, and remains calm and professional under pressure. If something isn’t quite right, you can count on her to take ownership and resolve it effectively. Kenny is fantastic with guest services. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of your stay is smooth and enjoyable. From handling requests to offering local tips, he makes you feel like a valued guest. Joanna, the supervisor, is clearly a strong leader. Her presence is reassuring, and it’s evident that she sets a high standard for professionalism and service across the entire team. She maintains a great balance of approachability and authority and contributes to the team’s seamless coordination. Thanks to the incredible staff, the hotel maintains a high level of hospitality that keeps me coming back. The rooms are clean and modern, service is reliable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The team here truly makes it feel like a second home. I highly recommend Homewood Suites Carle Place, especially because of the dedicated and exceptional team who go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Thank you all!
