  The pool is outside and closes for the season in October. The hot tub is also located outside, maybe 10yards from the closet door to get inside and is open 8am-10pm. I strongly suggest asking for a robe if you go into the hot tub. The rooms were mediocre for the cost. Although we did stay overnight when they had an event so that may have been reflected in the pricing. The rooms have a refrigerator in them, coffee maker, typical size water $3 per bottle and a safe. They have a little nook where you can purchase some items (drinks, snacks, alcoholic beverages, laundry supplies, picnic bags and more). They also have coffee there and a microwave. They have a bar/ restaurant on property. Fitness center. Multiple ballrooms.

  Location is beautiful! Breakfast is not included though. The restaurant had a buffet for $12 that doesn’t include coffee and juice. Stale French toast, cold eggs, and the worst potatoes we have ever seen on a buffet is what we got for our $24. To top it off, our Silver tier rewards only includes two bottles of water when you arrive, not for each day and there is no water filling station. This will be our last stay at this hotel.

  This is the best hotel in town for our needs! Clean and in a great location with very nice front desk personnel. We never went to the restaurant.

  Have not stayed here yet but have attended several events at this location and all the events and staff are amazing. Will update when we stay in one of the rooms, but I have no doubts it will be a great stay.

  Our room in this hotel was extraordinary. We had a lovely lake view and were upgraded to a king suite as Hilton Diamond members. The whole facility is beautiful. But the service and the restaurant were horrible! The guy who checked me in argued with me about benefits and knew less than I did about how the Hilton app functioned. So, I had to fight with him to get my points AND my food credits. The restaurant had one person waiting tables who might have been cooking and bartending, too. The food was below average quality and we had to ask for the beets for our beet salad as it came with none. There were two women at a table next to us who left after they waited 45 minutes and still didn’t have food (it should be noted there were eight customers in the whole restaurant). We returned the next evening (only because we had credits) and our waiter, who was also bartending, had to excuse himself to deliver room service. Seriously. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 6pm. That should tell you all you need to know.
