Front desk staff is cool. I reserved a top floor room but for some reason it was given to someone else so I didn't have the room I booked. Ok experience overall.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and probably will. Great service, very comfortable and clean accomodations. We did not have any issues with noise either. Location was perfect for doing things in both Brooklyn and Manhattan!

Everything was always neat and tidy. Rooms small but NY small. The breakfast bar was very good- lots of choices. The fitness room didn't have a lot of machines BUT they were well thought out well kept. I would see definitely stay there again.
