Pretty basic room. Convenient location, but horrible parking. Street parking for free, hotel parking $40 a night, but it's FCFS, so no guaranteed spot. Front desk staff is cool. I reserved a top floor room but for some reason it was given to someone else so I didn't have the room I booked. Ok experience overall.

Modest but clean room, great shower. Bed was a good firmness and the pillows offered a variety of thicknesses

Our stay here was nearly perfect. We were very impressed with the layout for the room, and how many outlets there were (for those with lots of devices). We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and probably will. Great service, very comfortable and clean accomodations. We did not have any issues with noise either. Location was perfect for doing things in both Brooklyn and Manhattan!

The staff at Tru, particularly Oscar in the breakfast room and Tima at the front desk went above and beyond for helping my husband and me. Everything was always neat and tidy. Rooms small but NY small. The breakfast bar was very good- lots of choices. The fitness room didn't have a lot of machines BUT they were well thought out well kept. I would see definitely stay there again.
