I'm leaving the one star review for only one reason: they added an additional $35 per day service charge. They would credit it back to you if you used their food services restaurant or bar. This was not obvious during the reservation process and I felt very Deceived. Hilton has always treated us well and I hope this is only being done at a few locations, but I will not be staying at Hilton until I know that there’s not one of these service charges. And most of the time it won’t be worth the effort to look it up. So to be safe, assume the cost of the hotel will be $35 per day higher than what they’re showing on any search engine. This does not meet the Hilton service standard.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this was hands down one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Ruth at the front desk was incredible — warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. I was traveling with products that needed to be frozen and asked if she could assist, and she immediately took care of it with a positive, can-do attitude that made everything feel easy.
Her smile, professionalism, and kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. Customer service like this is rare, and Ruth absolutely deserves recognition. She represents the Hilton brand at its very best.

If you want to have a good sleep, please never ever book this hotel. The sound of air condition likes a engine in your room. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The service during our stay was disappointing - during check-in, we asked the concierge for recommendations around the area. He didn’t utter a single word in reply. Instead he glanced at us impassively, and simply handed us a card. It was definitely not a welcoming experience, and we even felt like we were interrupting the conversation between the front-of-desk staff and concierge upon our entry.
We also had confusing experiences with the front-of-desk staff on multiple occasions - we were told by housekeeping that we’d have to speak to the front desk about topping up our body lotion. We did so, and upon completing that request, the front desk staff walked away to her computer without any indication of the conversation ending or following up on any additional requests that we might have had. We were confused and again felt like we were inconveniencing the staff.
The $35 credit was also confusing and rather sneaky in the way it seems structured to get you to spend in the hotel.
The amenities in the hotel are also rather subpar. The hotel is old and they barely provide toiletries.
Honestly given that this is a Hilton property, we really did expect more. But I definitely will not be returning to this location again.
