The rooms are nice and the restaurant (The Refinery) is amazing. Great food and excellent service. James, Moriah, and the rest always greet you and are willing to do anything to make your stay the best it can be. My only wish is that there would be a TV guide in the rooms--finding stations is difficult or maybe I am missing something :) Great Job team Auburn! Y'all always make me feel at home!

The trash was missed a few days in row and the bed was only made 2 of 6 nights, the day after I arrived and the day before I left. I would’ve give 4 stars if that gets corrected.

Really excellent food choices to purchase at the front desk, and a first-rate buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast. Without question, this was the best traveler’s hotel breakfast offerings that I’ve seen. The onsite restaurant was also quite good. Every member of the staff went the extra mile, and with a genuine smile.
