The room and hotel feel dated. While the exterior looks great, the interior doesn’t match the same standard. There was ongoing construction during our stay, which created a lot of noise. We also found several bugs in our room, and one of our towels was missing—we had to go down to the front desk to request another. Overall, the amenities were limited and did not meet expectations.

Stayed here for one evening for a business trip. Don’t be fooled by the professional photos as they are not what you will find. This was a very surprising hotel as you would expect a Doubletree Hilton to be clean and well maintained. Hotel is doing extensive renovations. Everything is worn, musty, and dated. First room I stayed in was dusty and in poor condition. Desk chair back was not attached. Certain there was mold/mildew as my chest tightened up despite my inhaler. Still feel my chest 24hrs later. Asked for a different room which I felt immediately better in but small issue is that there was no heat. Upon checking out, the receptionist asked how my stay was to which I was cordially honest. She nodded her head in dismay but not surprised by my experience. She said come back in a year when the renovations are complete. Honest response and staff is doing the best they can amidst a terrible product to offer so I sympathize with them and give them credit. Stay away from this place until this gets a complete overhaul.

Decent but the renovations are interfering with the stay too much. Constant mess in the common areas, multiple elevators available so the work mess and interference should be limited to one elevator, not just a free for all. Inconsistent service, one day it’s spot on, next day, different bar tender and you may wait for everything and have to ask for everything instead of being offered.

We checked in around 3 pm, as soon as we got in to our room, we have to face with unbearable drilling noice. We hopped that it will stop but they told us that it will go until 6 pm. We had to leave our room and comeback late night .

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I stay in many Hilton hotels as a Gold member and someone who travels frequently for work. My hotel stay was decent, but the remodeling on the 4th floor was a little burdensome. Every time I took the elevator to the fourth floor, the elevator shook in a startling way below me but only when going to the fourth floor. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a good job. However, the one who made my stay better than mediocre was the bartender, Terrence. He is SO friendly and personable. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the best entrees! He connects with customers in such an engaging way, which establishes connections and makes work trips less stressful and fun.
