Okay - I saw all the terrible reviews warning me to stay away and decided to come check it out myself. Yes, they are undergoing construction…. It says so right on the Hilton App as well as on signs all over the property. Yes, it is dated… hence the necessary construction. And because it is dated, the room/bathroom may not have that brand new squeaky clean appearance, but it is not dirty and I did not see evidence of any insects or poor care. The staff is amazing. Amanda mentioned at check in that MY room choice may be a bit noisy and moved us. She also advised that the water would be shut off from 1-4 each day. No prob, we aren’t here to hang in the hotel. Also - never had tepid water - always nice and hot. So - imho - if you are looking for a great deal and you are not opposed to a few very minor inconveniences, this place is just fine and a comfortable place to catch some zzzzzzs and save a few bucks!

Great Service! Staff was a big help although they were fully booked in rooms. They gave me other options and were very professional.

I rarely write reviews but this was prob one of my worst hotel stays. There’s so many hotels around here.. literally try anywhere other than here. Thank god I was only here for two nights. Shower tepid at best (awesome when it’s 18 degrees out!) The mess left by the obnoxious guests (that hotel staff did *nothing* about for 3 days) Friday night wasn’t cleaned in the lobby by the time I left on Sunday morning. Water in the lobby never had ice and looked generally old and gross. Guests (some teenage sports group) screaming and slamming doors all along the third floor until about midnight. Burger at the restaurant was actually OK though. Staff looks pretty miserable for the most part. All around a bad experience. I don’t book with Hilton often, and I won’t again for quite some time. Edit; I’m sure the hotel will blame some “30 min water shut off” for the tepid water, however reviews dating back over a year ago claim lukewarm showers sooooooo sorry try again.

ALERT ALERT ALERT! If you are thinking of staying there don’t. If you have an existing reservation cancel. This hotel is under major renovation. We just stayed there. Rooms are dated and dirty, we had no water for parts of two days and no hot water for the rest of our 3 night stay. One of our rooms had its heater burn up. There was intermittent loud banging throughout the day including weekends. Hotel management took little responsibility for a grossly substandard stay. Avoid at any cost.

I attempted to contact the hotel several times before posting this review but never received a response. We stayed on 11/15 and were very disappointed with the experience. Although I was aware of the ongoing renovations, they did not affect our stay—the condition of the room itself was the issue. For $270 a night, the room was simply not acceptable. The furniture showed obvious wear and tear, and the TV, fridge, and microwave did not work. I messaged the front desk and was told someone would come by, but nothing had been fixed when we returned from dinner. I eventually moved the TV console myself and managed to get everything plugged in enough to stay on, though the TV continued to flicker. Behind the TV console and fridge was thick dust, clearly not cleaned in a long time. Even the headboard was crooked. The next morning, housekeepers were shouting down the hallways and banging on doors, which made it impossible to rest. I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations and that rooms may be updated in the future, but the reality is that the current condition does not justify the price we paid. It felt extremely overpriced for what we received. I will say that the staff we interacted with were friendly, but unfortunately that was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.
