    Nice rooms and a very friendly front reception staff. My go to location when I’m in Albany. It’s connected to a Tru as well if you can’t find any rooms for Homewood. It’s the same building and services.

    Room was very underwhelming. When we arrived the dishwasher was running. When the dishwasher was finished the plates in there weren’t even clean! The bed was awful. The fitted sheet barely fit the mattress and would come off very easily. The pillows provided very little support. The bathroom’s had spots on the ceiling and the bathroom shower gel was empty. The carpet had stains on it. The room just did not feel clean. The only reason I am giving the hotel more than one star is the breakfast was actually decent and the staff was friendly.

    Phenomenal hotel! We stay on the homewood suites side, and the staff here are absolutely lovely. Jamal has continued to go above and beyond to accommodate us, and our trips. 🩷

    Lovely hotel with clean rooms, awesome staff who made us feel ever so welcome! Appreciate Dereck who kindly helped arrange our beautiful rooms so Mom and I could be closer since she’s getting older. Thankful to Albina and Tenea for making great breakfasts! Will definitely stay here again if we pass through!
