  Very nice hotel. The suite i had was massive. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The breakfast was good. The mall is a two minute walk so the location is great. I'll definitely stay here again

  I’ve been staying here a couple months because of my job and currently feel compelled to share my experience because of some recent events. A few days ago, I discovered that a hotel staff member had tampered with my toothbrush. This disgusting and gross behavior made me feel that my privacy and personal space were not respected. When I reported the issue to the front desk, she was dismissive, when I followed up with the female manager, she too was dismissive. Days have passed and they are still unhelpful, possibly looking for ways to protect their employee. I still have not receive any apology, reassurance, and any meaningful attempt to address my concerns. Instead, I was left unheard and unsafe in a place where guests should be able to relax and trust the staff. Because of this breach of privacy and the lack of professional management, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope the hotel takes this seriously, improves staff training around guest privacy, and handles complaints more responsibly in the future.

  Hotel was in a great location and easy to access. Looks new but once in the room you can tell it’s not too great maintained. The suite part is nice as the room has some extra space which is convenient. The shower drain wouldn’t drain so I stood in dirty water and the tile job has mold (look at the photos). Front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was actually really good. I’d recommend the place!
