- PDPay DayNov 7, 20255.0Stayed in September and was very impressed by the staff. I don't understand why the hotel rating isn't higher. The room was impeccably clean. I was especially surprised that the coffee maker was clean. I have had annoying experiences in other hotels where I had to thoroughly wash first. The best part was the breakfast. Lots of healthy choices and the breakfast staff is just plain nice people that keep everything stocked throughout and clean. As you can tell, I appreciate when a hotel knows the importance of keeping things clean.

Got confronted by a thug from Los Angeles because my son apparently gave a hug to another guys child. He came at me hard and threatening. It came way too close to a major confrontation. Was not expecting that from a “5 star hotel” on my special needs son’s 16th birthday. We got a suite. It’s tiny. There’s loud traffic out the window. I’m disgusted to pay what I did. You’re very lucky the cops didn’t show and I’m who I am. Don’t recommend. Don’t come. Don’t go. There’s better.

The morning breakfast and the staff keep it stocked, clean and have a good selection making it actually edible. Always clean rooms.
