Did not meet one staff member there that wasn’t professional and very nice. Casey, who checked me in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. Will definitely stay there again.

Having traveled for many years, I've found that front desk personnel often provide an early indication of how your stay will be. In this instance, I'd have to give Casey at the front desk a rating of 10 on a scale of 5. While clearly not patronizing at all, she was incredible, both in terms of attitude, courtesy and friendliness. She was extremely helpful and very kind in her dealings with me and it truly gave me a good feeling that lasted for the duration of the stay. I will definitely make this my place to stay anytime I have early morning travel out of the Albany Airport.

As a professional in the housekeeping industry my standards are high when it comes to staying in hotels, this location checked all the boxes! Clean rooms with mini fridge/microwave/coffee in room. Ample towels & toiletries. Extra blankets upon request. Pool was open as advertised. Holiday decor & music in the lobby set the mood for our trip. On-site convenience store with snacks/drinks etc. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals & drinks at reasonable prices, with incredible cooks/wait staff. Our puppy was welcomed by staff and treated like a princess. The staff at this location were kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel & will book here again in the future!
