I was asked if I was booking through a website or through the telephone with no answer to my question. When I said the website the phone was immediately hung up

I pulled down the sheets to my bed and there was bed bug feces in them. It was horrifying! They moved me to another room to find the same thing. I checked out immediately! It was late at night when I checked in. I had to go back to the airport sleep on a bench until the car rental places opened. Still waiting for a refund! I honestly can’t even give this place one star. Don’t let the Hilton name fool you. Listen to the reviews.
