Upon walking into the room, I enter the bathroom and see a long black hair right next to the sink and another long black hair in the bathtub. (Pictures attached) This is disgusting and unacceptable in my opinion, it shows me that my room was barley even cleaned prior to me staying it. I then exit the bathroom and begin to unpack, I noticed on the night stand I gigantic red stain on the nightstand. Looked like someone had iced tea in a paper cup and it seeped through into the nightstand. (Pics attached) I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one, I assumed it was a stain that would not come out, that was until I grabbed a baby wipe and cleaned it myself easily. While I was packing, I intentionally did not bring hangars. Every other Hilton I have stayed in has hangers in the closet. Not this place!! Now all my clothes are just laying over the chair because I cannot hang them! (Pics attached) Last but not least, there’s no microwave!! With all the money they charge you to stay here the fact that they do not have a microwave in the rooms to heat your food is crazy to me. I’ve stayed at some the cheapest motels, and almost all of them have microwaves. I most definitely will not be staying at this place again!! Thanks Hilton for a really bad experience. I had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the Albany Hilton in New York! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They made check-in smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was cozy, the amenities were modern, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful — exactly what I needed for a conference weekend. Every area of the hotel, from the lobby to the dining spaces, was clean and well cared for. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to my conference and explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, ensuring a restful sleep after a full day of events. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and committed to making sure my stay was enjoyable. Their professionalism and hospitality made a huge difference.
