They had a fire pit but it seemed to just have a bunch of cigarette butts in it. Also the breakfast area is extremely small. The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. The room was clean. We asked for extra blankets and they sent them very quickly which was nice. Overall good.

However, the rooms are significantly outdated and the hotel itself is dingy in areas: carpet, elevators, furnings. The bathroom, shower / shower curtain for example, are outdated. The breakfast is also substandard.

We used Hotels.com and prepaid for our one night stay (10/4/25 -10/5/25). From check in there were issues that caused delays due to some unexplained 3rd party issue. As an aside, the location and room accommodations were good (although a soap dispenser at the sink would have helped). The real nightmare began after checkout when the hotel manager informed us that Hotels.com did not pay them so we would be charged again for the hotel stay. When I contacted Hilton customer service to resolve the issue, instead of reversing the charges (as one would hope) Hampton Inns actually charged us again. So now we're triple charged and working on disputing the issue with our credit card company. There are other hotel options. Choose wisely.
