Really nice rooms, that was the highlight of my stay, and good breakfast as well. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff have a really bad attitude, and forgot to clean our room. When I called the front desk and mentioned that, we were told it was because our do not disturb sign was up, even though we took it down later in the morning. I also was forced to go get my own towels downstairs, the housekeepers wouldn't deliver them to our room. Overall, I was just really disappointed with the attitude of the staff, and it makes me not want to stay here again.

I'll start my review by stating that this is a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. I have no complaints about the accommodations and would recommend the property itself. However, our customer service experience was the worst I have ever experienced, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. We arrived around midnight after a long evening of driving. The woman at the front desk was professional and polite. However, on this unfortunate evening, their computer system was down and therefore we could not be checked into our room. Finally, by 1am she was able to "manually" check us in and issued us a room key; another couple and a gentleman were all the in the same situation as me. My husband and I unloaded all of our bags and our sleeping children and anxiously went to the room. However, the key did not work. The other gentleman's key did not work either, but the couple's key did, and it UNLOCKED an OCCUPIED room!!! The front desk attendant apologized and informed us that the only way to check us into a vacant room was with their computers and until they were back up and running there was nothing they could do. So, my husband and I, and our FOUR children (including a 3 month old) were forced to sit in the lobby until TWO THIRTY AM waiting for their system to work. There is another hotel NEXT DOOR and they did not offer to put us up into a room there; our options were to wait or leave and hope to find a room at another hotel in the middle of the night. The next morning, my husband politely discussed the matter with the manager who did not act sorry for our situation. He informed us that breakfast was about to close and that if we wanted anything for us and our children we had to hurry?!?!? We were later offered a refund and a few points on our Hilton account. I understand that we are often at the mercy of technology, but I cannot accept their lack of concern for our situation and inability to find other arrangements for us so late at night. UNBELIEVABLE.
