The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about local streets and ways to get to the football stadium. They were also great with my kids. Good value and friendly team.

What could have been a stressful and exhausting experience turned into one filled with comfort, warmth, and genuine care—because of the incredible front desk staff. Tandice and Dre made us feel like we were truly home, not just staying in a hotel. Their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help went far beyond what we expected. They treated our family with compassion and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Every time we walked through the doors, Rosa and Jose greeted us with the warmest welcomes and friendly smiles. Their positive energy set the tone for our days and made coming “home” feel reassuring. My kids absolutely adore Patrick. He went above and beyond by surprising them with tons of beautifully wrapped gifts—something they will never forget. He always makes sure they get marshmallows with their hot chocolate, and those small thoughtful touches meant the world to them during such an uncertain time. Everett is just as amazing. He’s always kind and attentive and makes sure we enjoy warm cookies during social hour, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the week. This team didn’t just provide customer service—they provided care, joy, and stability during a hard chapter for our family. We are beyond grateful for each of them and will forever remember how Homewood Suites made us feel safe, welcomed, and valued.💙

I'm not sure what the other reviews were talking about in regards to flat pillows, because all the pillows were experienced were fluffy and wonderful. Breakfast was great and could have been helped with a second waffle iron. The pool and hot tub were fun and clean. This is a classy establishment.
