If it wasn’t for the location and architecture of the hotel, I would have rated this hotel single star. In hospitality, luxury is defined by the people who make it unique, and not just the property or its facilities. Be prepared to be surprised at every stage for the levels of unprofessionalism and poor service standards the staff here will display. I arrived after a 50 hr journey, airborne for over 20 hrs straight only to miss another interconnecting flight. During which, my stay for 6 nights was automatically cancelled without verification by the hotel and a no-show charge was debited. Worse, when I arrived hoping for some relief after a terrible journey of last 3 days, I was attended by an extremely ill-tempered, unempathetic Marissa(or Clarissa) at front desk(supposedly an intern) who not only refused any reservation in the system, but with her cult communication established that I was at a huge fault for not informing them about the no-show, while other guests did. Despite the uneventful series of incidents, I had to literally apologise to her at my inability to inform the team, and yet she put my room request on waitlist, refusing to listen to my side of explanation. While I was on the phone trying to coordinate with my group leader, she demanded(not requested) me to move my bags immediately so she can attend other guests when there wasn’t even a single guest behind me!! I told her I was on the call, and yet she refused to listen and shouted till it became obvious to guests in other queues at the front desk, like I was the problem creator here. I was almost on the verge of collecting my bags and moving to the Wynn property, right next to the hotel when I decided to speak to someone more senior as one final attempt. The issue was not resolved till I demanded to speak to the General Manager of the hotel. That’s when the lovely Jaey, and Martha(their Hotel Manager)came to my assistance and handled this more delicately. Further I was held out/blocked access from my room for the last night of my stay cause my guarantee advance was nearing exhaustion. Again, without any intimation. With none of the 4 swipe machines at the front desk working then, I was made to wait for almost 70 minutes at the reception till an advance was settled in their account. During the stay, I also shared and updated my Hilton membership number to ensure it is credited. It has been over a month since the stay, and I had to finally escalate it to Hilton Honors team requesting a credit of expenses worth almost 1500 USD. The level of unprofessionalism and poor service standards adapted and practiced by the front desk team was simply appalling. It felt like their goal was purely to generate revenue, meet targets, finish daily jobs than incorporating element of empathy, kindness, gratitude, hospitality in everyday operations to elevate guest experience,or guest retention. I spend over 150 nights per year staying at hotels, and this is so unlike of what Hilton luxury truly signifies. Never coming back to this hotel when in Vegas

For a somewhat a new hotel this place was kind of a dump… the strip view I got was hardly a view must of the windows was covered with led advertisement that you couldn’t enjoy any views just a tiny little window everything else was blocked…the carpets in the room extremely dirty had to have socks on at all times or your feet would be black gross 🤮 they need to pay their employees better because a lot of them are begging for tips… or maybe they need new workers… had a horrible experience at sassy sips from buying a single muffin that’s pre packaged and Nilo R being rude because as he said… oh you didn’t tip… dude flagged me down when I was walking with my family saying the room charge never went thru and thought i was gonna run off with the muffin even tho this was hours after purchasing it… ridiculous I left a 450 dollar deposit so people like Nilo R couldn’t say shit….I told him I like to tip for service I’m not tipping on a single muffin that’s pre packages… some workers will asked you for tip so be prepared… rude staff all together went to get food at michos tacos and the Cuban employee was talking mad shit about a customer that was right there in front of me just because he didn’t speak Spanish and was black… but I could understand everything smh I would never go back that’s what’s keeping people away from Vegas service is shit everything is overpriced and the vibes are off.. Wynn was my go to place but it has also lost its touch but 100 times better than resort world. Asking for basic amenities was difficult aswell had to call multiple times just to get some towels waited way over hour and half to receive them. The food court was decent but everything else just not up to standards I stayed at the 59th floor as an invited guest.

I stayed at Resorts World Las Vegas this week and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. I arrived on a Tuesday at 2pm, and despite the hotel being quiet — no major events, nothing hectic — I ended up waiting two full hours just to check into my room. For a property of this scale, it was surprising and honestly disappointing. I never felt taken care of or prioritized. I had issues setting up the TV. I called guest services at 10:40pm, was bounced to GetStreaming for troubleshooting, and then sent right back to guest services… who then had me wait 45 minutes for a tech to never arrive. The explanation was that there was a “shift change.” I get that people don’t want to overlap tasks at the end of a shift, but it really felt like a basic logistical miss for a hotel that claims to offer quality care. Any decent hotel would’ve handled this without making the guest feel like the inconvenience was theirs to absorb. The hotel itself is new and visually appealing, which is a plus, but even that was overshadowed by small details that signal a lack of care — like the stains on my curtains. It doesn’t match the level of hospitality and attention to detail they advertise. Overall, I’d rate the service at a 2 out of 5. There’s potential here, but the basics — timely check-in, responsive support, and attention to room quality — just weren’t there.

Rooms: 2 stars for quiet and new for Strip. However, the pillows are cheap, providing no support. No coffee machine. No microwave (Hampton Inn has that). Instead, there is an annoying snack tray fully loaded: basically, you touched any food there, you need to pay. Service: I am a Hilton Honor guest for nearly two decades. This place gave me the WORST check-in experience. Arriving at around noon, I waited for more than 20 minutes to check in and was told that my room was not ready. However, the staff stated as long as I elected to pay $50 more pay day, he can upgrade me to the next tier room which was already available. I booked this hotel two days before my arrival date and the next tier room was merely $20 more at that time. Of course, I declined the upgrade request and asked if I can receive a text when my room is ready. The staff was very confident my room wouldn't be available until after 4pm. OK, I will buy that. I asked if the hotel staff can help bring my luggage to my room when it is ready. The staff told me that I needed to check in again to get an assigned room and then they can help with my luggage. Basically, I had to wait in line again to go through the check in. I was back at around 7pm and waited for another 20 minutes to check in. I gave service a 3-star rating, as, except for the reception staff, other hotel employees I met were welcoming and helpful and were all able to get my tips. Location: solid 2-star and I believe I speak for everyone. The hotel is at the far north end of the Strip, making it inconvenient to major local attractions. Of course, you can always choose a taxi or prepare to walk for at least one hour to Bellagio. Overall, it was an OK experience. Since there are so many choices at this area. I would NOT stay again.

I had a really good experience here overall. The rooms are impressively quiet, honestly some of the quietest I’ve had in a Vegas hotel. You can hear a little hum from the A/C, but nothing major. Wi-Fi is solid and free (around 30 down / 30 up, which is pretty standard for the strip I guess), with an option to upgrade to 50/50 if you need faster speeds. The TV has decent sound and Chromecast via hotel wifi and a qr code, which was a nice touch. Gotta use apps on your smartphone to stream though. YouTube works! The shower water runs more on the warm side than hot- probably for safety, but the lighting throughout the room is well done and feels comfortable. Check-in took about 20 minutes, but the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Online check-in with a QR code and apple wallet resulted in a room key on my phone, but it didn't work and just gave me a redirect error on their website when I clicked check-in. Reception at check-in was friendly, appologized for the issue with the website, and gave me a physical key without issue. You can sign a waiver to either unlock the minibar, or keep it locked if you have minors in the room. There’s a Starbucks right in front of the theater that opens relatively early (5 AM), though I paid about $16 for a tea and some okay oatmeal. They were out of toppings that day. For a better breakfast, Bagelmania, Peppermill, and Denny’s are just across the street and worth the quick walk. All in all, a solid Vegas stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern, one of the better experiences you can get on the Strip.
