    We stayed on two separate occasions, once in a higher floor with a great view. Everything was wonderful and they were very kind considering we'd forgotten a few things. The second, we were on the floor with the pool so we had to rely on staff for more things. But they were all very kind and professional.

    I called before booking to confirm that my room would have a bathtub, and I was assured it did. That was one of the main reasons I chose Crockfords — it’s supposed to be a luxury property, not just another Vegas hotel. When I arrived, the room didn’t have a bathtub. I immediately called the front desk, expecting them to fix it or offer a solution, but they flatly told me there was nothing they could do. No alternative, no upgrade, no apology that meant anything. For a property that markets itself as five-star luxury, the service was cold and unhelpful, and the lack of accountability was shocking. I paid premium prices for a specific experience and got the opposite. I won’t be staying here again, and I’d recommend anyone booking to get every detail in writing before trusting their word.

    I stayed for two nights at Crockfords in Aug 2025. That was my second stay there but unfortunately I was disappointed by the constant price gouging and hidden fees at every corner. As a parting shot Crockfords charged me $150 for resort fees on top of all the regular room charges. Won't be coming back here anytime soon!
