The buttons for the lights, curtains, and sheets work when they want. Check in process took 2 hours although I was early but later than my Hilton App check in time. They tried charging me $200 for internet even though I am a diamond member and only stayed 7 nights. The resort fee only alllows a few options to spend at. While I would stay here again there had been a learning curve during my 1st stay. I booked a strip view which is what I wanted and was given a city view which wasn’t the view I wanted and the walk to the room was quite far. Housekeeping was amazing but the internet was a fight to get on every time. Great location to LVCC west.

Stayed here for my event at the Las Vegas Convention Center across the street and it was great! I do have to mention 2 staff members that made my stay extra comfortable: Lauren at the front desk and Josnaya with reservations. I received 5-star customer service from both of them! I would stay here again. I do want to mention one thing, they have a policy about only accepting credit cards to pay for the room once you check in. This was not made clear to me prior to my arrival and it caused me a great deal of anxiety, and it was confusing because I used my debit card to book the room initially and that worked just fine. This is where Lauren stepped in and assisted my situation to find a solution, and she was able to work something out for me. Thank you Lauren and Resortsworld!

This is a large complex with three pretty big hotels; a Hilton, a Conrad, and a Crockfords. I stayed in the Conrad and arrived around 2PM to check-in. There are two lines, one for gold and diamond HH members and a normal line. There was only one person in front of me in the HH line and a few people in the other line, but I noticed the staff kept taking people from the normal line. Why have the preferred member line if you’re not going to take those people first? It would have made more sense for me to get in the other line – Strike 1. I will say that the guy who checked me in was pretty friendly. He explained some of the property and the meal credit to me. He asked for my room preference (close to or far away from the elevator), which was a nice touch. Once I got to the room I first noticed that the layout was nice, it’s spacious. The bathroom is nicely laid out as well. The room wasn’t very clean though, as there’s hair in the sink from the previous guest and hair on the wall in the water closet area, which is rather gross. There was also hair in the shower and black mold along the bottom corner of the shower glass wall. The shower worked well, and drained nicely. The towels in the bathroom were rough, felt “rough” and smelled like they weren’t freshly cleaned. The soap container at the sink was empty during my stay and not refilled. There were stains on the bench at the end of the bed, which looked really gross. One of the lights above the bed didn’t work. But other than that, the room had a decent TV system with casting on it, allowing me to cast from my phone. The bed was comfy, I was able to get a decent sleep. The room did have USB outlets (A and C) next to the bed. Of course there was a minibar with way over-priced water (almost double the price of what you get downstairs). When walking to/from the elevators on my floor, the hallway smelled either like sewage or marijuana, both weren’t appealing. The elevators were hi-speed, which is nice for staying on these higher floors. Overall, the property is decent and a self-contained resort. There are many pools (I think I counted 10), cabanas, spa amenities too. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but it’s decent for business trips and places to have a small to mid-size conference.

My husband and I are not your typical guests. We're extremely poor and traveled a long way (for us) and choose a l hotel we normally wouldn't even consider because ut was our anniversary. My husband had heart surgery in May and we really didn't know if we'd make it to our anniversary. We used priceline and got an amazing deal, we thought. We were told no resort fees, no parking fees, which is true, unless you use a third party like priceline. Had we been NV residents, we would have received free parking ($84 for 4 days). Had we booked through The Conrad, we wouldn't have been charged $250 extra dollars walking through the door for resort fees. We asked to speak with a manager and the man helping us flat out said no. He stated that the manager would tell us exactly the same thing he had just told us and it's their policy not to make exceptions. You can check, Our last name is Pest and we had reservations at the Alle 66 in November 9th, our check in date (our anniversary) and had to cancel them because of the unexpected fees. We parked across the road at Circus Circus everyday and walked back to our car/room everyday. What was supposed to be a magical trip turned out to be a very painful experience, both metaphorically and literally. Yes, priceline was deceitful in their advertising for your hotel but you could have fixed it and choose not to help us. This shouldn't have happened. We didn't get any use of our "amenities" we couldn't check in with our phones or use keyless entry because we have the newest most expensive SAMSUNG....not Apple

Nice hotel, but very disappointed about the pool situation The Conrad at Resorts World is a beautiful new five-star hotel in a great location. Easy access to the Convention Centre — either a short walk or via the Vegas Loop under the hotel, which works really well. Our suite is spacious with great Strip views and luxurious finishes. However, the mini-bar prices are ridiculous (US$15 for a small Evian) and only tiny bottles of water are free. The biggest letdown was the pool. Out of all the pools at Resorts World, only one small pool — mostly shaded and tucked next to the bar — was open. Staff said it’s “low season,” yet the city is busy for the big automotive convention. We were told we could pay US$100 for a cabana to use another small pool, which was hardly any better. It’s unacceptable that they close all the main pools without mentioning it at booking. Limited seating, pre-packaged food at the pool bar, and staff standing around just stopping people from using other areas — really poor form. Lovely hotel otherwise, but this felt like false advertising and not what you’d expect from a five-star stay.
