  I only ever leave reviews so people know what to look out for when they book a hotel - this place is clean, right off the highway and the people who checked us in were super nice HOWEVER. in the morning, I was awakened at 8:15 by a knock on the door by "housekeeping" they didn't wait for me to answer, they just opened the door. I said, "hello?" and they left the room. I've reached out to the front desk and haven't heard anything from them. we went down to breakfast an hour before they stop serving and there's almost nothing left. (there are very few people staying here so I feel like they just didn't put anything out) this wasn't a "cheap" hotel and one can expect certain things with Hilton hotels - idk what is going on over here

  Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Front desk guy was a little weird, felt like walking on eggshells around him (Hank). Other than that perfect.

  Arrived after July 4th fireworks to find the hotel overbooked. Despite having a confirmed, prepaid reservation, we were “walked” late at night to a property that was not comparable and had to drive ~30 minutes to get there - an exhausting and disappointing start to the trip. I raised the issue at the end of July, but it wasn’t resolved until three months later, after multiple calls, voicemails, and email follow-ups with management. The refund was eventually issued (by check), but it took far too long and required too much efforts to correct a situation that wasn’t my fault. I appreciate that the refund was ultimately processed, but guests should be aware of how overbooking and follow-up are handled here. Response: To be clear, Mr. Dean, you never answered my calls or responded to my voicemails. I only heard back much later after multiple follow-ups by email. I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed, but the lack of communication and long delay made the experience very frustrating - especially given the unexpected overbooking situation.

  I’m giving this place an average rating because, while there are some positives, a few key areas need improvement. The breakfast was mediocre at best—limited options and lacking in quality, which was disappointing for a brand like Hampton. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to fully relax. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, if Hampton wants to keep guests coming back, they definitely need to step up their breakfast offerings and consider improvements to soundproofing

  Okay, room are clean and nice. But I'm a gold member of Hilton and they give you the tiniest little waters ever!!! Also, the snacks for the gold member??? She said we were only supposed to get 1 soda, and no waters but gave us waters, too. But they are the tiniest little thing even we checked in and we were parched,and it was late so I was going to get them... I just dont get it. It seems like this property is very stingy with everything. Not exactly professional for a Hilton property Every other Hilyon has ALWAYS given 20oz waters. It was handled enough to wet your whistle!!! Just seemed very stingy with there perks....
