    It was a pleasant stay , the staff are super friendly and extremely attentive and helpful . I raised a few concerns with the room And was content with their resolution . Overall a comfortable stay . Lesson learnt bring up your concerns and you’ll hotly be listened to and it did this time around ..

    My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. Overall very happy with the room and amenities. Very spacious room and equipped with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The breakfast options were pretty decent and they have 24/7 coffee station as well. An indoor restaurant (Kijus) was linked to the hotel which also pretty good. We enjoyed our dinner there and they gave us a 10% discount for being Hilton guests. Aanchal in the breakfast area was super hospitable and polite and very helpful. She deserves a hospitality bonus! I’m giving 4 stars because I was unhappy with the front desk lady - she was rude, condescending and sarcastic when I asked for local recommendations on what to do in the area. Overall I would love to come back but they need to train their front desk staff better.

    Great spot. Lobby and rooms are excellent. Included breakfast is great. Hotel is close to walking trail, YMCA, and casino. A few little stores (Tim's, gas station convenience store) are close by to grab essentials if you need them. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Sydney!
