Great rooms. Pet friendly and liked the location away from heavy traffic and large crowds. Plenty of room to run. Great having restaurant on site. Good food. Checking easy. Rooms clean and nice.

This hotel is the worst Hilton, I’ve ever stayed at. The room was horrible and very pricey. I wish I had taken pictures of our room. We had a door between our room and the one next to us, the couple were most unpleasant with yelling at each other.

My husband and I spent last weekend here and had a wonderful time! Our check-in was smooth (and early!) and our room was clean and spacious. I would have liked slightly more cushioned chairs but the bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great, though water escaped onto thr floor and made it slightly slippery. The fridge was a good size and we had a microwave along with the coffee pot.
My only real critique of this place is the breakfast service. We were one of four to five tables and yet it seemed that our food took forever. It was decent enough but felt a bit overpriced and bland. Our waitress was incredibly slow and inattentive.
Overall it was a pleasant stay but definitely lack some wow factor in certain areas.

Check in staff was friendly and gracious, but overwhelmed. While our room was ready, others were not creating a bottleneck of people.
The room was clean and well appointed.
The service in the restaurant was bad!
Unexpectedly closed on a Friday, and no one to seat you at 7:30 am on a Saturday. Three parties were waiting to be Seated. I went to the kitchen area and knocked on the door..no one responded. First set of four seated themselves, so our party of three followed. The third party of four left. There was one occupied table of four in the restaurant. The waitress completely ignored us, tending only to the original guests. The party ahead of us, left after 5 minutes of being ignored. We asked why we weren’t being served, and were told there was a sign that said “please wait to be seated” and we had not waited”. Pointed out there was no one to seat us, after which another waitress served us. She was reserved, but polite. When we returned the next day, a new sign was in front. See below. Clearly they don’t care if you prepaid your meals, or how long they take to seat you in a near empty dining room, so long as whoever was running the place didn’t get to put you where she wanted to seat you.
Lastly, there were a lot of homeless folks on the street around the hotel. We were parked near the street, and one guy was sleeping in a parking area behind our building complex.
Never gonna stay here again
