Not great. My sheets were dirty, and I swear I could hear every single movement from every room in the place all night. The staff was nice at least, but the hotel itself was a dump. Even the bathroom was kinda dirty. Just gross.

Todo bien salvo: que no se puede abrir ventana, colchones muy blandos y escasa agua en la ducha. Buen desayuno. Limpio. Buena atención al cliente

Janel made it better with a small refund after a not-great stay. First room was a 1. 2nd room a 3 or 4. Check in front desk professional was friendly (3 or 4). Check out front desk professional was muchore helpful with our eoom issue (4 or 5). We moved rooms due to horrendous weed smell in our first room and the hallway. The young woman at the desk at check in offered a new room which we gladly took even though we'd already taken time to settle in, shower, etc. She offered nothing else for the trouble, only said thanks for letting her know and explained it was likely coming from a long-term guest. Don't understand how a long-term guest is not only allowed to smoke but isn't held accountable for intense weed smell in what's advertised as a smoke-free hotel. Look, I get it. Weed isn't *my* thing but I know others enjoy it. Thing is, my beer and wine don't affect the environment around me. To say this long-term guest's behavior is inconsiderate is the understatement of the year. On top of that, while we appreciated dog-friendly accommodations, I guess I missed the fine print that we'd be charged an additional $50 pet fee in addition to what we'd prepaid. All together, our stay was *not* a $200+/night experience. Janel did process a partial refund after I sent the same details after check-out. This helped and is appreciated.
