I had extreme allergic reaction to room and the front desk lady simply didn’t want to accommodate my request to move. I had to insist and she finally acquiesced. I would have checked out but unfortunately used my Hilton points and was stuck. Bummer. I would advise to stay at the casino hotel or hotel down the road.

Also found out they don’t sell beer on Sunday and I really wanted to try that Hawaiian beer😫😂 (we aren’t from here as you can tell) We had a beautiful view! Checked in around 9pm and Yefferson (I hope I spelled it right) the manager was so sweet and cute. Thanks for the great hospitality! Definitely would come back ☺️🩵

I had called twice and talked to s very nice woman at reservations.She assured me there would be no problem Well when er finally got there our room was cancelled The women but the manager cancelled it although we let them know we were still coming but the manager did not communicate with his staff did not call us to clarify any thing We were charged for one night plus fees Bad customer service by management
