The best part is how close we are to the plaza; only takes a few minutes to walk there. The employees are always friendly and the rooms are nice.

Perfect location to explore Santa Fe! Walking distance to the Plaza, quiet yet central. The atmosphere was perfect, but it was the staff that truly made our trip memorable. A huge thank you for Devon and Anthony for their incredible hospitality! ensuring we were comfortable, had everything we needed and answered every question we had. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes are a credit to the Hilton team. The Saturday afternoon hot toddy was a pleasant surprise and a great way to socialize with other guests. A shout-out to the housekeeping staff for taking care of us. It's rare to find a dedicated team that pays attention to detail. We can't wait to come back!

Our room was amazing, looked like an apartment! It was quiet and clean and we loved the fireplace! Parking was easy, within walking distance of the plaza, a really great property overall! The staff were helpful and very kind! Highly highly recommend this hotel!

Decided to stop and stay at Hilton Vacation Club Villas de Santa Fe for the night. We arrived on 12/15/2025 @ 7:09 PM.We went to the front desk to see if any rooms were available. The staff wouldn't tell us if there were any rooms available , and that we needed to use the Hilton Honors application to look for availability and book the room. I think this was not very good customer service. My wife and I just wanted to get a room, and get some rest. So I went on the app and booked the room. When I turned around the 2 staff at the desk took off, and put a sign up that said they would be back in 15 minutes. So I waited until they got back, and was finally able to get checked in. This is unprofessional to not help a customer that walked in and then see them coming up to the front desk to check in. I expected better out of a Hilton hotel.

We stopped here about nine days into our rt 66 roadtrip. Devon kindly checked us in 3 hours early. She also provided us with map of walkable restaurants and points of interest.
The room is enormous with a living room/full kitchen (full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave) and a nice sized bedroom.
We've stayed at six or seven places along our trip. This place wins hands down. The Clubhouse next door has a free laundry room and you can play a game of billiards while doing your wash.
Great location and great price. The room is immaculate. I haven't seen a cleaner tub. It cost less than the route 66 motel that we stayed in the night before, which was run down and dirty and 1/4 the size.
I can't understand why this place isn't rated higher.
Did these other reviewers actually stay here or confuse it with another place
