I stayed here for three nights. In the first day, I came here for breakfast at 9am, no protein left. In the second day, I came at 8:30 and found no protein left. In the 3rd day I came at 8:00, oh my god they even ran out of potatoes. WOW what a miraculous stay! If you enjoy diabetes accelerator, let’s say, juice+cereals(as there’s no milk), sweet sweet bread, etc all carbon breakfast, never miss this place.
Except the breakfast, everything else is typical Hampton. New room, new facilities, clean beds. Only complaint about room is there is no fan in the shower room.

While the hotel itself is new, the management falls far short of acceptable standards. During my stay, by the time I arrived, the buffet was almost completely depleted. Nearly every dish was empty, with only one staff attending to replenish the food, and only one time during 8:00-9:30am.
I know it's holiday season and there’re more people than usual. But for a new hotel, this level of service is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room AC control didn't fully work (too hot at night despite turning off heating and the outside was 43°F). Free breakfast was offered between 6:30-9:30am but under capacity and ran out of various food options frequently after 8:30am.

Our stay was not pleasant this time around, we booked with an agent for 2 nights, we were contacted by the hotel while enjoying ourselves at the plaza, we had just arrived 30 min earlier and paid for all day parking so we could shop and meet with friends and enjoy a meal at our favorite restaurant. We always go to Santa Fe to shop
With the local natives qnd go enjoy some time at tbe casino. But our time was cut short when they said we had not checked out, we were told we had to change rooms and be back at the hotel by 1, mind you, we had just arrived the night before. We
Went and packed up all our
Stuff and moved rooms, this bed was so hard and we woke up so stiff and sore. I believe if you’re paying 260.00 a night, it should be an excellent experience. I have never done a bad review but this time was an exception because even the breakfast was mediocre! I hope this helps!

I am very disappointed with my stay due to a serious safety issue in the bathroom. The bathtub/shower surface was extremely slippery. Both my son and I slipped and fell while showering, which is unacceptable and dangerous—especially for families with children.
Either the tub was not cleaned properly (leaving residue that caused skidding), or it has been overly polished without proper anti-slip treatment. There were no anti-slip mats or strips provided, and no warning given.
This is a major safety hazard that could easily lead to serious injuries. I strongly urge hotel management to address this immediately by properly treating the tub surface and providing anti-slip solutions.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this property, particularly for families or elderly guests
