    Typical Hampton Inn. Clean and quiet. They charge for parking. Tricky U-turn needed to access. Parking probably not possible with a trailer of any kind.

    The woman at the front desk that canceled out my reservation was extremely rude to me threatened me in front of my minor daughter with the police and Moon. My wife came in to say what was happening. She told my wife that she was gonna call the police on me and continued threatening me with the police. There are cameras there. This woman told my wife that I yelled at her in front of my daughter. My daughter and my wife are both a witness that I never said anything to this woman I never raise my voice

    Room was clean, and well maintained. Big negatives were noise and poor street access. We could hear the guest next door talking, and later snoring. Getting to and from nearby restaurants meant navigating speeding traffic and making U-turns amid heavy congestion. The surprise charge for parking — not mentioned when booking — is another mark against this place.

    Reservation made on line through Hilton Honors. I’ve been a member for over 21 years. Desk person who checked us in had great difficulty giving us the keys to the room that was reserved, she was quite obviously under trained. We were put in an “assisted room” which we did not request, the clerk insisting that was all she could do. After bringing this issue to her attention she said she would try to fix it. Having just driven 9 hours to get there we unpacked and decided to just ride it out. Got a call from the desk 30 minutes later stating she had found us another room (funny as hotel wasn’t even half full). We declined as we didn’t want to repack and move. Spoke to front desk person next morning who apologized and stated the person working the evening before didn’t quite know what she was doing (obviously management fault, not hers). Was told assistant manager would call me that day to resolve the issue, never happened!!! Spoke to Hilton Customer service and that conversation was a joke as these folks are not located in the US, not Americans, but had scripts to try and answer my questions. They threw 15,000 points at me but the initial problem was not going to get resolved. They did try contacting the hotel and said the manager would call me back that day for resolution. Never happened. Hilton is so big that this situation means nothing to them as this Hilton Honors member is barely a drop in their multi billion dollar bucket. This member is moving back to Marriott. Stay clear of this hotel until they can clean up their management situation. By the way, breakfast was great and the minimum wage employees in the kitchen totally outshined their managers.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Hotel. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. I personally would like to highlight Natasha and Jamie for their kindness and willingness to go out of their way for myself and other guests. The breakfast Was a pleasant bonus each day. The rooms were phenomenal and very clean. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The entire hotel itself is very clean and welcoming. It’s centrally located with shopping and food easily accessible in the surrounding area. I would more than happily stay here again. I would like to once more thank Natasha and Jamie For their kindness and their professionalism.
