Great experience, check in experience was smooth and easy be aware you when making reservations you do have to option in for paid breakfast. The room shown in the pictures are the 1 King bed JR suite with the sofabed couch. If you’re traveling with 1 or 2 people only i’d say getting this suite is a little over kill especially because it’s very roomy but it’s not really necessary space. Every room has a balcony access which was an added plus even tho it was very it still was a great view. The soaps here are crabtree and evelyn and they’re definitely the best soaps i’ve ever used from a hotel. slight negative the hot tub was closed during my stay , the pool was semi warmed for even being 45 degrees outside. In conclusion great stay would recommend you anyone visiting santa fe looking for a good clean and comfortable stay !

Older hotel, rooms desperately need an update. I selected a room that was obviously non-connecting on the app, but arrived to a connecting room nonetheless. The other main issue I had was being given inaccurate information regarding breakfast buffet pricing by both front desk and breakfast server. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the breakfast buffet and whether a Hilton Honors member would get a slight discount on it. Front desk said yes. Next morning I went to the buffet and asked the server there the same question. She said oh yeah you just use your “points” to pay the $15 per person when the hotel bill finalizes. I said I’m a Hilton Honors member but don’t think I have any so called “points”. She said don’t worry about it you will see the breakfast charge fall off. After breakfast, I went to front desk and asked about the “points”. This time they told me that “points”discount is only for gold and above, not for regular members. I said that wasn’t what was told to me when I checked in, and the server wasn’t being accurate about it either. She said nothing she can do about it. I felt duped and called the hotel the next day to further dispute this. They eventually refunded the charge, but all this left a bad taste in my mouth. If they explained to me accurately and told me upfront when I checked in, I would’ve given this hotel higher rating.

We were very content with this day. We stayed there for about 5 weeks. Erica and Eileen were great. Oscar, Tammy and the rest of the staff that were attending us were really great. We recommend this place with lots of love for their help and support. Thanks, Arthur and Lorraine

We have stayed here several times and had a good experience. Not so much this time. There was a lot of construction going on so the hallways were dirty. The elevator was being worked on so didn’t work. We had a lot of belongings so we needed a cart to get out but there weren’t any. We saw one being used by the construction crew.
