  Enjoyed the room; very comfortable beds and different breakfast every day. Very clean rooms and throughout the hotel. The warm pool is a plus. Where can you enjoy snow and heated pool in the same place? in Ruidoso at Elevated Hotel.

  Being a Ruidoso Local, I gotta tell ya, I am impressed with the hotel Elevate! Had an occasion to spend a night because of a gate code error trying to get into a gated community in Ruidoso. At 11:00 o’clock at night, I had to find a hotel to spend the night! Sooooo, decided upon Elevate for no reason in particular. Wow, what a super nice place! The front desk attendant was very accommodating and as I explained my predicament we laughed and I easily checked in. She kindly explained about the breakfast buffet and when it opened. Off to my spacious room. The king sized bed and room were very comfortable. While not over the top, still, extra nice. Great view from the room to the mountains. The next morning, got ready, left the room for breakfast and suddenly notice a Starbucks coffee bar, not the usual choice of two coffee urns, either decaf or regular, but Starbucks coffee lineup! Looking further great selection of bread items, cereals, fruits and then checking the items under the steam pans. Real food!!! Not powered eggs or skin thin sliced bacon or greasy potatoes it was actually real biscuits and delish sausage gravy. Fresh scrambled eggs! Thick bacon cooked perfectly and little grease. You can imagine my total surprise at the BEST breakfast buffet I have enjoyed in a long time. Jackpot. Savoring the Starbucks was almost enough but I loaded my plate, sat down and soooo enjoyed my stay. What was a stroke of bad luck turning to great luck all because of a closed gate to WMM subdivision. This allowed me to discover a fantastic place for my friends and relatives to stay!!! I honestly recommend ELEVATE if you need to refer anyone to a comfortable and convenient nights stay. I felt like I really needed to elaborate in this review. Could not be more pleased to find a value like this in Ruidoso. Total for the night 124.00 which included the applicable taxes, but the base rate was a 100.00 dollar bill. The breakfast alone was well over 20.00 value if you bought it at a local restaurant. Then, a Starbucks coffee bar was the added bonus. Impressed to say the least. Kudos to staff for efficient kindness. And almost wish I never get the right gate code for WMM. !!!😁😁😁😁👍🏻

  I booked the 2 queen room, the room itself was ok the view was of the roof which was not as appealing as I thought it would be considering the beautiful surrounding forest. The heater did not work and it said the filter needed to be cleaned. The pool itself was nice but the ground around it was extremely dirty. Hotel staff, however, were delightful and extremely helpful. Additional fees during check in are ridiculous. Not really as nice as I thought it would be for the price.

  We come here every October and haven’t had a disappointing experience. Gentleman by the name of Alex was super friendly and extremely professional. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thanks again.
