- MBMary Baker4 days ago3.0As with other people that have reviewed and mentioned, staff is amazing, the rooms clean, felt very safe and it is right off the I-10 which is great!! Only giving 3 Star for this review as the elevator is still out. We've been staying here off and on for over 6 months because of family issues we are having to deal with between Texas and California. My husband is handicapped. We had to use the stairs to get to the third floor as those were the only rooms available. Not good. Fix the darn elevator!!!

The shower was more lukewarm rather than hot. 4 stars for a nice safe place to stay. The quality is under what I would usually expect under this brand.
- GOgc ortizJan 5, 20265.0First of all, many thanks to Calissa who reached out to us before we arrived indicating that the elevator were out and if we wanted to cancel our reservation. This location is next to the City of Lordsburg Police Station which adds addition security assurance. Overall, this place is great. I gave a rating of 4 stars do to their air conditioning system being outdated(picture 20). Rooms had everything needed for our stay. They have washers and dryers on site. Small gym for a limited workout. Picture 21 shows the morning view from the hallway window. Breakfast was great as you can see by the videos and pictures. Many thanks to Rosa who maintains the Continential Breakfast area in the morning. Diffentially staying here again when passing through here again.

- TCTracey CarterDec 6, 20251.0I have stayed at this hotel 5 times this year the most recent stay was the last. We selected our room on the hilton app and received our digital key for the last room available on the first floor since we are aware the elevators have been out of service for months. When we arrived we were told quiet rudely i might add that our chosen room was given to someone else. No im sorry, no concessions nothing. When I spoke to the manager in the morning she looked into it and said that it was given to a guest with mobility issues...well guess what I also have mobility issues. Instead of telling the other party who obviously didn't plan their travel correctly im sorry we dont have a room for you they just gave them mine. Again no apologies, no concessions. I contacted Hilton directly received a credit in full. Will never stay at this hotel again. Hopefully corporate will work with this group who has no idea what hospitality means.
