I don’t normally give one star reviews but… By far the worst hilton I have ever stayed at, it is only 10 years old and deteriorating like a 50-year-old building. You can tell why, because the staff does not care about anything. From checking into the wrong room for me and charging me incorrectly. To the breakfast staff lady having zero customer service (best way to put it).. every employee here that I have come in contact with has been terrible. There must be ZERO management in the building, at least that is the only thing I can think of. If you look through reviews then you can clearly see a CLEAR up spike in one star reviews within the past six months. Trust me you just shouldn’t stay here. You can clearly see this place is on a downward slope. Update- they charge the $60 hold for no reason too.. so just know you will pay an extra $60 on top booking if you stay here. Its a real shame. I honestly don't even know how this place is able to have hilton name on the door.

We booked a room tonight and there was an event going on, so there was no parking for actual paid guest. We had to leave our car at the front while we unloaded and waited for the event in which was supposed to end in an hour. We unloaded our car and within 20 minutes of us unloading our car and getting everything back up to the room, a tow truck greeted us to try to take our car. I have never experienced that in a hotel. The tow truck driver wasn't even a legitimate tow truck driver, but a privately hired truck with a trailer. The receptionist never notified us on a parking situation. The curves and other areas of parking around the parking lot was not marked with no parking or colored curb markings whatsoever. I witnessed two cars get towed in areas with no 'no parking' signs and will post a picture of a truck getting towed by said private truck and trailer company in an area that is not marked no parking much less towing enforced.

Do not recommend. Upon reading others reviews ants have been an issue here and were ignored by other guest as well! Very disappointed with this hotel. Arrived on a Monday only to wake up to ants in our bed and all over the end table. Alerted the front desk and was told maintenance would be by to spray or fix it. 3 days in no one came or tried to fix it. We couldn't leave because every hilton in hobbs was sold out. So you know the prices were also high due to being sold out. Extremely disappointed they didn't take this seriously and hoping I'm not dealing with ants In my luggage on my trip home.
