- ADArianna DusingOct 18, 20251.0Wow the front desk agent working this morning needs some serious training granted my boyfriend and her did not know I booked through a 3rd party app- we called the hotel because the app auto dated to next week so we called to change the dates Desiree at the front desk replies “ I don’t know how to do that please call back at 3”. I call 3rd party they change it. My boyfriend then calls asking if we Can now check in early . Her first long response was “ I couldn’t help you guys cause it’s a third party app and we can change anything. My boyfriend replies with okay can we check in early ? She then says let me see. Then starts saying again she can’t find our reservation- yes we just changed it. CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY?! She then goes ummmmmmm maybe by 2:30 ? I was ready to rip my hair out. EDIT - we get to check in and the bigger lady with unbrushed hair told me she was made aware of the situation and still does not have our reservation proceeds to try and lecture me about booking with 3rd parties - lady I always do for this reason. After going back and fourth I reached out to hotels.com who then said they send the new booking confirmation and the hotel was still unable to accept or find as I heard the women saying she has no rooms available where the guests at? Used to work for Hilton guess they’ll let anyone work here now 😂
