I do wish that the breakfaat was included, but the rooms and building are much, much better than the Hampton Inn next door. This is the best of the chain hotels in Gallup by far.

This organization charged me for two nights stays when I only stayed one night (10-13-25) for which I was charged $148.87, while they added a second charge of $177.87 for the night of (10-14-25). I attempted to contact the hotel and they hung up on me immediately. All other attempts to contact Hampton Inn and Gardens at the corporate level were either blocked, or their site would only allow phone calls for reservations. I am requesting intervention by my fraud unit at my financial institution.

Having a restaurant on site was nice. However food was just mediocre. Biggest complaint was being woke up at 5am by the person above us stomping around like they weighted 500 lbs finally ended at 6am. Room was very clean.
