Horrible Hampton. Been a Hilton member for years- this was a bad stay. The staff are rude, breakfast was horrible and the place was filthy. Staff could not care less about you. Clearly just collecting a paycheck. Sad.

I've been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade and stayed at dozens of Hampton Inn locations around the country and have never had a unpleasant experience with a staff member until today. Upon trying to check in, there was confusion over whether it had been paid for already and it had not been. So, I tried to pay over the phone with the same card I made the reservation with and they would not allow. I tried to have my employee pay with his company credit card (same company card that I had on my account) and she wouldn't honor my Hilton membership level or give me the points. It just got worse from there including rudeness, arrogance and basically kicking my employee out saying "we don't want your business!" I was shocked!
So, if I were you, I'd stay at any of the other hotels right around this area and avoid this one like the plague. Oh, also, we asked for a manager and she said she was the manager.
