- JCJezzika ChungNov 7, 20255.0Needed a safe place to stop on a cross-country road trip with a car full of things and after looking at dozens of hotels in the area (some of which had bed bugs according to other Google reviews!!) this hotel was the perfect spot. They just renovated so the beds and furniture and breakfast area are all brand new— super clean, comfortable, and our car was fine all night. Michael checked us in and got us a hotel overlooking the well lit parking lot to keep an eye on our car. He was friendly and had great energy! If you need a place to stay in New Mexico, this hotel is great. Even though it’s about $50-70 more than the other hotels in the area, it felt worth it for the fact that we didn’t need to worry about bed bugs and break ins.

- SBScott BuczynskiAug 19, 20253.0I've stayed here and the holiday inn next door on several occasions. Today I made the wrong choice and stayed at the hampton. First assigned room on 3rd floor. Took approximately 15 minutes in the room to become nauseated. Moved to room 209 - on a whim I checked the security of the door and realized it does not lock. (I could get in without a room key) On examination of the door plate, it appears this room has been in this state for some time. Asked for a refund, but then decided to try a 3rd time and was rewarded with a perfect room with zero issues. Additional note: I really hope they get their elevator issues fixed. Its really scarry being stuck in a malfunctioning unit. *** elevator pitches and jars/bounces when it hits the bottom floor.
