  The location was kind of hidden and a little confusing to get to however the service was amazing that people were great and the rooms were very clean

  I want to start off by saying that the gentleman at the front desk was VERY kind and a pleasure to talk to so this is in no way a dig at him. However, I don’t believe the cleaning staff know exactly what CLEAN means or they were very poorly trained. What was a huge issue for me was that I found hair in the bed which tells me that the sheets were likely not changed after the previous guest. Unfortunately for me, there was no option to changed rooms as they were fully booked (which I don’t feel is true because the parking lot was practically empty but what do I know). Luckily there was another bed and a Walmart down the street so I’ll be going to get some bedding so I can sleep for the night. For the money they charge per night, I shouldn’t have had to experience this. If you stay here, make sure you pull the sheets back and check EVERYTHING!! First and definitely the last time I’ll be staying at this location in Clovis.

  Easy to find, clean, helpful staff! Kid loved the indoor pool. Rooms have some interesting updates. All of the locks are low enough for a child to reach, a small problem but didn't overall change our stay.

  Location is incorrect in Google maps! The address is correct but Google maps does not put it in the right location. This hotel is attached to the Hampton inn, which is shown in the correct location on Google maps.

  Very nice and would certainly stay there, again. Front desk staff were friendly and quick. The free breakfast included a wide range of hot and cold offerings. Room accommodations were nice, and sheets were soft. Having the USB-A and electrical outlets next to the bed were a plus. The only negative is that the bathroom could use a bit of preventative maintenance work for the calk that is cracking or missing. And the person in the room above sounded as though he was bouncing a basketball on the floor. Called the desk, and they took care of it. Other than that, a great stay!
