Our hotel is 10 minutes north of US-70, half a mile from Colonial Park Golf Course. North Plains Mall is five minutes away and we're 20 minutes from Cannon Air Force Base. We offer a heated indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting and event space for up to 150 people.

- GSGina StyringNov 16, 20251.0I normally don't leave reviews of places but this is more of a safety concern. I stayed last night at Hampton inn on the 1st floor. About 930 this morning I heard someone talking outside then boom my door was opened with a key. I yelled at the person through the door they shut it. I locked the door and flipped the door stop. About 1010 (still 50min until checkout) my door is opened AGAIN! They didn't come in because they couldn't. I left within 5-10mins of the 2nd time. I went to go tell the front desk in which I had to wait 10mins and had to call the front desk just to get someone to come talk to me. 2 employees walked by me standing at the front and not one of them greated me or told me let me go get someone. Once I finally talked to the front desk lady, she said there is no manager on site but would let them know tomorrow. Now, not sure if that will happen or not. Neither time my door was opened was there a knock or an announcement of housekeeping. I find this of the upmost safety concern and outright ridiculous that the hotel that I paid for until 11am was cut short because of safety concerns.
