They charge for parking. It doesn't help cover a parking garage structure. It dosen't help cover any parking lot security. It doesn't help cover any damage or theft from vehicles parked in their lot overnight... I usually STRONGLY prefer Hilton/Home2 properties, but this location won't be seeing my business again.

Clean room but there was a weird smell. Not sure how they come up with this soap but if you use the soap bar, you need another regular soap to get rid of oil off of your hand.

This Place has one of the worst manager that the hotel Industry can have. unfortunately I don’t remember her name, rude and worst customer service, they shouldn’t have some like her working there. I know there is another manager called Donna and she was great.

From Cinderella story to horror show! When we arrived our needs were met. Camryn the front desk clerk gave us extra water for our son. The head maintenance person, Went out of his way to find a shower chair for my husband. Kindness goes a long way! Unfortunately, our son, DIL, grandson, and dog visited for dinner two days in a row. The manager called our room on day two and asked if we owned a dog. We do not own a dog! Our son owns a dog and is not staying here. She stated at first we would be fined if the dog shed. I told her the dog doesn’t shed. Then she called back and stated that we need to pay a $75 dog fee because the dog was in our room. That we needed to sign papers that we had a dog. Again, told the manager that they are visiting for dinner. She told me it didn’t matter. We do not own a dog. The dog is not staying here, just visiting. Had she just stated, “hey , your son’s dog can’t stay here or you will be fined $75 for having a pet on the premises.” We would have said do sorry and had our son take the dog home. But instead she was rude, abrupt, with poor customer service. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A HILTON AGAIN! How sad that the manager needs to take customer service lessons from her staff! Such a disappointment to what was a good stay. Go back to school and get customer service lessons from your staff. #cinderellatohorrorstory

Extremely overpriced hotel. Breakfast comes in the form of mushy red apples and disgustingly stale breads. Rooms have the block on the AC unit so you sweat all night as well. I will be working on this area more often but next time will make the drive to stay somewhere else. Overlooks dilapidated houses as the view and wouldn't honor my corporate rate I booked saying I needed a government id. The company I work for is not a governmental agency and I made that clear. She gave me the "contractor rate" and charged me an extra $60/night. She charged my coworker an extra $80/night and acted like she was going us a favor. I couldn't even unlock the rate without using my corporate email so it's not like we were scamming the system. Lesson learned. The room was booked with a corporate code, not as a government agency although we do government business. Which I made clear. Reservation could have easily been matched to my business card, company email address and ID. All of which were offered. Seems like a silly thing to argue. But not my business to lose. And the advice to just not book my own company rate is golden haha.
