- DDDanielNov 13, 20252.03rd and last stay at this hotel. Ill go to the La Quinta next week. Rooms are "meh". Beds are cheap/firm. Not all rooms have a couch/chair, some just have a bed and TV like a motel. Shower heads are clogged up in most rooms. Turn on the hot water 15-30 minutes before you want a shower, it will take that long some times. Cleaning could be better. But, far and above the worst thing is the noise. You can hear ever door, cabinet, drawer, footstep, and conversation going on. I can hear the guy above me coughing, and I know when the couple at the other end of the hall left this morning. Noisiest hotel I've been to in 4 years, and Im on the road 190 days a year.

Breakfast..was strange. Seemed like packaged items just set out..not a cooked meal. I feel like next time I visit Artesia I would go elsewhere for better beds and breakfast options. If you like a really hard bed though I would still recommend.

Joe was very nice and on top of everything when it came to breakfast . Talking to him , he asked for any feedback good or bad. That's customer service. As he said he's always looking on how he can improve the breakfast experience for everyone. This is why I decided to write my first review ever. Keep it up Joe.
- PPPamSep 22, 20255.0Nice hotel and they had the evening cookies, which make my day! Staff were friendly. Bed mattress was broke down some on the side by the other bed. They were painting the outside of the hotel, but they let you know where to park to not damage your vehicle. Plenty of parking. Did I mention they had cookies?!
