The smell in the lobby was deadly. The elevator smelled like mildew. The room had the worst smell. We told the front desk clerk and she said she would tell housekeeping. It took forever for the air to come on. We left and checked in with a Marriot property. This is the first time ever being disappointed with a Tru property. And the gas station was in walking distance. We found some air freshener to get us through the night. But if mold and mildew is a problem it will only get worse

Didn't receive house keeping service for 4 day. I spoke to GM. Hopefully action will be taking on some kind of discount.

Not the best experience in the first 20 minutes. Parked and when walking inside the employee made eye contact with me walking in my mother with mobility issues and immediately ran away from the front desk which I thought was strange. Why would you walk away knowing someone is about to check in? Sitting on the desk was a note that said at lunch 30 minutes so I attempted to get the digital key from the app. When I arrived at the room the key didn’t work so since we had another room we went to find the other room to try the key because my mother really needed to get off her feet. That room digital key worked but it wasn’t the room intended for my mother but what else could I do? After taking my mother with mobility issues up to the 2nd floor I noticed the same employee was going in and out of a room with some other people and it was business it was something personal. I went back downstairs and waiting until I noticed the employee returned and asked for my key. The employee told me the digital key never works. So glad my handicap mother is on the 2nd floor and I’m on the first.

Amazing Location Right Off Of The Freeway Off Jefferson Street,Customer Service Was Absolutely Amazing Had Issues With My TV Upon Check-In Of My 5 Day Stay And Maintenance Was There In Less Then 15 Minutes To Fix It And Didnt Have An Issue The Rest Of My Stay With It, The Rooms Themselves Are Great But A Few Things Within The Room Could Definitely Be Replaced Especially The Blinds As They Had Black Stains And Also Were A Total Pain To Open & Close Everytime, Rooms Were Super Clean And Were Cleaned Every Other Day
