Initially came due to the high overall stars. Outside appeared fine, room was dirty and smelled strongly and not in a good way. Clumps of hair in corners and in bathtub, yellow stains and hair on tissue box. Breakfast left lots to be desired, pretty much everything was something prepackaged except for hard boiled eggs. Floors were often dirty. Just spend the extra money to go to a nicer hotel.

Oh man, this hotel is rough. It’s not in the best part of town and doesn’t feel particularly safe. On my first morning, I came across a young couple smoking meth in the stairwell. I reported it to the front desk, and to their credit, the staff acted quickly — I saw the couple leave the building just minutes later. The property itself is very old, and the windows inside the hallway give it a bit of a jail-like vibe. That said, my room was quiet, clean, and the AC worked great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re on a tight budget and just need a quick place to crash for the night.

I came to the Spark by Hilton for a band trip. This place was so traumatizing. It was me and my 3 friends staying in a room. When we walked in the room it smelled nice and clean it was pretty neat with my name displayed on the TV. It was about 10:00 pm when we started taking showers. My friend came out of the shower and told us that when she turned on the water there were black bugs coming out of the faucet. After our showers we started brushing out teeth, my friend was brushing her hair and we found a bug crawling around her feet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Another thing is that we heard banging coming from the top floor right above our room. Don't get me started on the ads on the TV. There was a inappropriate ad talking about sex, like who would put a ad like that on the TV especially when there are kids staying in these hotels. Honestly wouldn't stay here again. The free WiFi took forever to work. This place needs more staff and maybe some more pillows, blankets, and sheets for the pull out bed. That's all I have to say about this place.

This was our first time staying at a Spark by Hilton Hotel, and needless to say, we were not impressed. The pictures were definitely deceiving. The gap under the door was so bad the hot air was coming in. We couldn’t use the pull out bed because there were no additional sheets in the room. My family at that point had to squeeze into a king bed.
THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH $400. Scam.
The bathroom was unpleasant. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so the entire floor was soaked. There was so much hair leftover I don’t think housekeeping cared at all to clean the room well. What topped it off was the bed sheet. They put a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet.
This place is a joke.
