The walls in the rooms were very thin and you could hear everyone above, below and next door. Say hello to a cleaner and you may get a grunt back at best. Breakfast was ok-ish too. Overall nothing to write home about but clean and very convenient just off the freeway. Surprised Hilton put their name to this.
- RGRoman GuzmanDec 15, 20252.0I travel for work frequently and always stay with Hilton. We figured that since this hotel has the Hilton name attached that it would hold our basic Hilton standards. This hotel did not. Check in was fast and easy, staff was very helpful. Front desk/entry wat was very clean and welcoming. We stayed on 3rd floor and notice the building/hallway seemed outdated. We entered the room and the entry room tv didnt work. The room was completely dark as we checked in around 1030pm. The individual lights were switched off so we had to find and flip the wall switches and the lights themselves weren't turning on. We had to individually turn on the floor lamps and then wall swithes controled the. The shower rode was broken, so the curved curtain rod was angled with it's middle lower and kept opening on each side during our showers. I had also asked the front desk staff about the 2 free water bottles I normally received at any of my other stays with Hilton. He mention I dont quality for them but did politely gave me 2 bottles anyway. In the morning we went down for breakfast and were disappointed with the VERY limited options. We saw pictures online of eggs, omeletes, sausage, etc and all we saw was granola, cereal, and bread/bagels. This felt like poor options for a Saturday morning. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were like clouds, this and the friendly staff were the only good thing about this hotel.
