Used towel behind the tub, shower doors didn't meet/banged together, so water went onto the floor. The staff and team there were amazing, especially the valet crew who helped us on arrival and departure. Smaller things that were negative but the people there are top notch

I’ll be honest: the property feels a bit run down, and I don’t think I would have chosen to stay here if it weren’t part of the Hilton family. The lobby is the standout feature and makes the best overall impression in the hotel. After I raised concerns about my original room, I was moved to a very nice two‑room suite, which was a much‑appreciated upgrade; without that, the stay would not have felt worth the $175 per night.

Wonderful hotel, great staff. Like most curio has its little quirks which is nice. Downstairs area is very nice with nice nooks for work. Room was clean and we'll maintained. Staff very responsive. Will update if anything changes but great spot to choose if you would like to be in downtown abq.

I was taking some photos of some friends that had dressed up in 20s era clothing and thought hotel Andaluz would be a great location to photograph at. I went in and asked the front desk if it would be okay. They said it would be and were extremely helpful and kind in suggesting different places we could photograph at. They even let us go into the new speak easy-themed bar before they were open. We’re incredibly appreciative of how friendly all of the staff was and for letting us use the beautiful hotel for the photographs!
