We loved staying here and was sad that we were only able to be there for a day. One of the best free breakfasts we've ever had. We didn't make it to the free evening offerings but I'm sure it was great as well. We were able to control our temperature in our room and had plenty of space to spread out.

We were in town for a visit to see a few tourist type spots, and stayed here for a night. When we checked in, everything went smoothly - the girl checking us in was friendly & asked if we needed any additional water other than the two in our room and got us our keys quickly. Our hotel room had quite a bit of space for the six of us staying in it. I took off a star for three reasons - The pull-out sofa bed sank in quite a bit, the tub was very slow to drain so you were standing in a few inches of water by the end of your shower and the vent in the bathroom/the heater near the window are in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise, I checked the beds, and they were clean as were the sheets and pillows. The floors looked clean as did the rest of the room, plus it was nice having the kitchenette and two bathrooms in the room as there is usually only one bathroom in most other suites we've stayed in. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was about how you'd expect. The eggs are generally powdered eggs and are watery. They did have a small breakfast taco making section with pulled chicken that was actually pretty good. The location was convenient as it was close to some of the spots we wanted to visit & it was across the street from a mall type shopping center, so we were able to walk over to a restaurant for dinner.

Overall this was not a bad hotel! Reading reviews from others and various nearby hotels, I was suspicious of the quality in the area. This turned out better than expected! Staff was helpful. Security patroled the parking lot. Pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was delicious! (Cottage cheese, chia seed pudding, overnight oats, waffles, etc). Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Can't turn AC down past 67 or it freezes (per a note). Clean hotel, easy location, close to a ton of restaurants.

I am giving this hotel 1-star simply because the elevator is one of the slowest elevators I have ever seen in my entire life and it needs to be serviced immediately. When people have had a long day of work and return back to their hotel, they should not be waiting 5-10 minutes for an elevator to get them to their room, especially when the stairs are inconveniently located. Either make the elevator faster or add stairs closer to the elevator.
