Rooms are dated, stained and sheets are scratchy. A piece of the vanity cabinet fell on my foot out of nowhere. They only have old pack n plays with no sheets or mattresses, BYO pack n play. Breakfast was fine. I think some of these other reviews are a little misleading and not sure how Google is classifying this as a 5-star hotel. This is a nice 3-star hotel. Staff is incredibly friendly.

Spacious and very clean suite! I thought we were getting just 2 queen suite and ended up receiving a king and 2 queen suite. This was a great amount of space for our family of 4. Im docking 1 star though as the first pack n play for my infant was very saggy and the second one when I requested a different one, the walls would not lock. The hotel really needs better infant sleeping accommodations. The parking lot is also very tight, they did accommodate for our truck and trailer but there was only 1 parking space to allow for this.

Location is outstanding with 30+ resturants in walking distance. An older Homewood Suites, but clearly the management and staff is working hard to keep the property in solid condition. On numerous occasions we saw facilities crews working and cleaning common areas. Pet friendly and the pet friendly rooms are clean. Shout out to the friendly front desk team and manager who offices in the lobby. Room was clean, kitchenette had the basics, bathroom was stocked. If you chase Conrad Animals and Ducks, know that this hotel has a treasure chest full of ducks and you can take one home with you.

This facility is showing signs of its age and neglect. The common areas had worn and tattered furniture. Our room had torn couch cushions, dirty AC vents, clogged bathroom sink and a bed with sagging springs. A refresh of the facility would fix some things - but the dirt and clogs indicate a lack of willingness to maintain them.
In addition, most the seating in the breakfast area had tears, and they ran out of waffle batter halfway through the weekend.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is very close to shopping and dining, easy access to 40 without the awful traffic noise, which we experienced at another, more upscale, hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast selections, comfy mattress and LR furniture, quiet. Great to have a dishwasher available. Dining table and chairs are a little out of proportion with each other, and bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Not a big deal for the convenience of a suite. The hall carpets aren't in great shape, but seemed clean. (Room carpet was fine.) Would stay again without hesitation.
